해외 50여개국을 다녀봤는데 이렇게 훌륭한 숙소는 정말 오랜만입니다. 너무나 친절한 스태프들! 그리고 매우 안전하게 보호되는 숙소이고요. 정원이 너무나 넓고 이쁩니다. 객실 스케일이 정말 메가사이즈!!! 티비는 70인치 정도 되는듯. 에어컨, 욕실, 욕조까지 완비. 아침식사는 유료이지만 호텔전체 규모나 인테리어, 객실컨디션이 워낙 훌륭해서 조식유료가 아깝지 않습니다. 조식마저 맛있어요 👍 영어를 잘하던 여성 스태프에게 특별히 감사한 마음입니다. 과테말라 공항으로 드랍서비스를 급히 요청했는데 너무 고급진 리무진으로 갈수 있게 어렌지해주셔서 감사! 샌딩 fee도 비싸지 않아서 대만족! 이 호텔은 흠을 찾을 수없는 조용하고 아름답고 완벽한 곳입니다. 다운타운에서 걸어서 20분정도 걸리긴 하지만 조용해서 오히려 좋아요^^

Very clean spacious and cozy room. The view of the mountains was beautiful and perfect. Location was tucked outside of the tpurist area and so it was very quiet and relaxing.The staff was very helpful. They have Uber here which is nice and convenient so i had no issues with getting to and from the hotel.

Wow, everything from start to finish was wonderful. The room was beautiful, this was my 2nd time there. The staff are amazing, and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! My only complaint is that they were too popular for me to extend my stay this time around 😆

The location was perfect for us - down a gated street, felt very safe and calm vibes. Breakfast was delish. Staff were so helpful and friendly. House was quiet, access was a breeze (codes for the doors). Room was HUGE and beautiful. Bathroom was HUGE. Bed was very comfortable. Big windows. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there were some snacks in the room which came in handy when I arrived. People I met working there were very nice too.

Oh my, what can I say about this hotel and how amazing it is. Between the beautiful rooms and views, the peaceful garden, how clean and tidy it is, the attention to detail and the amazing staff. Really this place is wonderful. I started my trip to Guatamala here and I decided to return to spend my remaining time before I leave to the airport here. It truly is a magical place.

Beautiful shared spaces and the room was clean and tidy. Perfect view of the mountains. Dreamy decorated rooms with amenities and snacks to purchased. Polite staff. Breakfast was good as well. Staff gave me a birthday dish which was a pleasant surprise.
