When we walked in the staff was so happy and excited to see us. They were very helpful and accommodating. Alfonso and Jennifer are both great!
The couples massage was amazing. The a**osphere was excellent, cleanly, and calming.
I would highly recommend staying here. The views and hotel space is beautiful.

The hotel was so incredibly beautiful. Great fresh food especially the breakfast. Wonderful location and easy to walk everywhere from there. But the staff was the best staff I have ever had at any hotel and I travel allot both in the US and abroad.

The place is beautiful, location is wonderful, walking distance. Room is absolutely stunning. Most amazing service, especially Presila which was kind and welcoming during breakfast and dinner. Front desk were sweet and helped us with shuttle and taxis.

The hotel is lovely and would have gotten a 5 star review, expect 800 quetzales were taken out of my suitcase in the room. I brought this to the attention of the staff and was told they would throughly investigate and follow-up with me. It's now been over 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. I was still charged in full for my room. This was a very disappointing experience to say the least.

Can’t speak highly enough about our stay here! The staff was amazing and so friendly! Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, very comfortable beds and having ac was great! The food and drinks were amazing as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel. No pool and a little away from everything, but the hotel and restaurant is very nice. For sure would stay there again.

Boutique is an understatement that would apply only to comfort. This hotel has everything: spa, jacuzzi, restaurant, and a bar. The rooms are also very comfortable and spacious. Additionally, every bathroom ammenty is L'Occitane. Definitely, the highlight of the morning ritual was the shower with those products.
