The place is completely great, the staff very kind, the location was strategic, everything is very close. The toilets and bedsheets are clean

It felt very private for a hostel and the staff was very organized and attentive. They were able to check me in fast and arrange transport to Panajachel. I would definitely stay here again.

This place has so much potential if they would get past the tacky bar scene. The bartenders stand there smoking cigarettes and just throw them into the garden. It’s the first place I have been to recently that allows smoking inside - and from the bartenders, that’s just gross. Also you are told the live music stops at 10am, and the bar closes at one - it was open till 2am.
Honestly, the place has so much potential but there are many more places in Antigua that have a classier vibe.

Friday night music and people we're very loud and went until 3:13 am. Saturday night music and people were very loud and went until almost 2:30 am.
I killed a bug within the first 5 minutes, no A/C which we knew and no fan, beds need mattress as part of it was very soft and part firm. The late night loud music was shared with us after we booked non-refundable stay. Furthermore we were told it would stop way before 2/3am and it did not.

Positivos: cama era confortável,localização excelente e possui restaurante junto.
Negativos: aspecto visual do quarto e estrutura eram péssimos. Banheiros minúsculos, tinham 3 chuveiros no dormitório mas dois deles não saiam água quente. Tirando o fato também que funcionários do hotel usam os banheiros dentro do dormitório dos hóspedes pra tomar banho. Precisam melhorar a limpeza das camas pois tinha cabelo de outros hóspedes no lençol.
Provavelmente tem outras opções muito melhores na cidade
