The bathroom door doesn't lock
The main window curtain was damaged
Outside my room, on the floor next to the door, there was a tray with food waste from another guest for several hours
Regarding breakfast, there was a lack of variety and a better coffee
And the air from the vent occasionally smelled bad
the room safe-box didn't work properly

The washing facilities in the room have high water pressure and are easy to splash all over, which does not meet the requirements for normal use; the fruit/milk for breakfast is okay, but the rest is not in line with Asian preferences. Basically will not stay again.

Room #403 is: Very Noisy - too close to lobby, elevators & overlooks courtyard w/ pool & outdoor party area [and there was a party of some sort, every night]; The privacy shade AND light blocking shade fell completely off their brackets 3 out 6 nights I was there - I was reluctant to adjust them; NO refrigerator or microwave, so bringing back any food is out of the question; and the closet/bathroom door is barn-door style that saves room - But, it's a nuisance as you either have the closet closed off [to access the bathroom] or the bathroom closed off [to access the closet]! On the other hand, the hotel is very nice, in a very safe & convenient location w/ sincerely hospitable employees, the breakfast buffet is really good w/ an outdoor omelet & pupusas station - I would stay here again - just not in room 403!
