The staff was nice. The bed in our room sunk in the middle so you rolled into the middle of the bed. The tub didn’t drain properly so it filled up as you showered. Tried to relax in the hot tub but even though there were signs that said no kids in the hot tub, people let their little kids play in it and it’s hard to relax when kids are bumping into you and screaming. The front desk kept looking in but never did anything about the kids. Also no towels at the pool and there was liter all over the pool area.

It’s good but the hot tub was gross looking and was not available for use while is why I chose to stay here, so I was really bummed out since I’ve stayed twice in under a week

My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. We loved the bar, pool and hot tub! The breakfast was o.k. Good coffee.

Pool area is nicer than most. Some nice local options for dining very close by (cafe and pizza place).
Full bar and gaming which looked fine but I didn’t try.

Our room and the hallways were smelling really bad (cigarette and ****). We asked for another room and they give it to us with no problem.
At midnight the fire alarm was activated at the whole hotel and it stopped 20 minutes after.
We liked very much the breakfast.

I give the hotel and its staff high praises. The staff was friendly the room was perfect. Clean, beds , bedding and pillows very clean and so comfortable. I enjoyed how quiet the room was which gave me a good nights sleep. I appreciated the breakfast room and the menu items were perfect. I liked the fact there’s an indoor pool and bar which I will partake on my next stay here . My family will stay here whenever we are in the Antioch location .

The pool was very dirty. Staff was nice up until check out, then I got a knock on the door followed by a call to the room both stating it was 11 o'clock therefore asking if I intended to stay another night. When walking out I was confronted in the lobby about the same thing. I informed staff each time I was grabbing my things to leave and booking thru ******* states checkout is at 12. So Rude!
