Had a few problems with checking in - scrutinized my license a bit too long, provided key cards to a room that we were unable to access, then provided keys to another room. We'll never stay there again and we can't understand why the rating was 8.2

About what I expected for Antlers, Ok. Not a lot of options there. Property was OK. Met my needs which was a place to sleep. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I was told i could have a room with 2 beds but when i got there, the person i previously talked to said they were all reserved when i got there. I took the room with 1 bed bc the other hotels were booked. The room smelled of urine.

The place was fair but we had to drive an hour to and back to the event. It was tiring

Our room was very hot (in excess of 100 degrees) upon entering. We were provided plastic bags to stuff in the 1/4" gaps between the door and frame (1 entire side and the threshhold). The room cooled down to a decently comfortable temperature after about four hours, but the bed stayed uncomfortably warm for another 3 or 4 hours while we were attempting to rest. The bath area remained very warm compared to the rest of the room due to poor circulation.
Other:
1) The mattress was comfortable, and the linens were clean.
2) The carpet was quite old and worn.
