El hotel está ubicado en un buen lugar, pero deja que desear dentro del standards de Marriot. La limpieza es regular, constantemente tienes la sensación de que las habitaciones no están lo suficientemente limpias, lo mismo con la piscina. El precio es elevado en proporción con lo que ofrece. Camas cómodas pero pequeñas. Definitivamente no me hospedare nuevamente aquí. Lo mejor es la ubicación y la atención aunque nada extraordinario.

es un hotel que no cuenta con playa, la cual se localiza a 5 minutos caminando, tiene dos albercas: la que está al aire libre es insuficiente para todos los huespedes , la alberca interior a buena temperatura pero no existe ninguna persona que te atienda por si necesitas alguna bebida o bocadillo, habitaciones en buen estado, el desayuno no cubre las expectativas para lo que te cobran en el hotel, la tarifa de mascotas de 50 dolares por noche

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones a mi parecer pequeñas ya que a comparacion del AC de Santa Fe en la ciudad de Mexico son más espaciosas, eso si la limpieza de las habitaciones es excepcional, los recepcionistas y el valet parking muy amables. Lo elegimos principalmente por la alberca interna de agua caliente pero las 3 noches que estuvimos nunca la encendieron, llame a recepción para que la encendieran y siempre salian con algo nuevo pero nunca resolvieron, muy decepcionante para mi ya que por esto elegí esta propiedad de Marriott.

El hotel está descuidado. La alberca techada estaba sucia y parece que no hubiera aire acondicionado. La habitación tenía muchos detalles, muebles oxidados, moho en el baño, el teléfono y el minibar no servían. Como huésped VIP de marriot no tuve ningún beneficio, no tuve early check in, el late check out únicamente fue a la 1 y no tuve upgrade de habitación. El personal de recepción es poco amable, contestan con monosílabos, fueron de muy poca ayuda en lo que se solicitó. No recuerdo el nombre, pero el bellboy que llevó las maletas fue muy amable y el cocinero de los omelettes

I’ve been to the AC Marriott Veracruz 2 years in a row. Every time I come, the rooms are clean and service is great. I would like to say especially Eduardo at the bar. He is always very nice and helpful and has amazing service. When I come to this hotel I look forward to seeing Eduardo because of how happy and great he is
