Na een half uur hotsenbotsen over een zandweg, kom je aan in een paradijs! Deze zeer bijzondere eco-Lodge heeft prachtige huisjes zonder ramen (net als in de dorpjes) maar alles is van alle gemakken voorzien (behalve een eigen verandaatje). Het centraal gelegen gemeenschappelijke gebouw is, net als de huisjes, prachtig gestyled met kunst en mooie open ruimtes. De Lodge ligt midden in een prachtig natuurgebied. In de buurt het Ankarana NP waar veel bijzonders te zien is.

Bisogna sapere di cosa si tratta e poi si può apprezzare meravigliosamente o non si vede l’ora di andare vis; per noi è stato il primo caso... Si tratta di una capanna, stile palafitta, con una camera molto ampia ed una veranda enorme (con lettino) proprio sul lago. La particolarità è che non esistono porte e finestre nè verso l’esterno nè all’interno (bagno compreso). Tutto è chiuso con tende. Il letto è ben chiuso con una zanzariera ad alta tenuta: ciò perché si dorme in compagnia di rane, cavallette ed ogni altro animale la natura può offrire in quel contesto 🙂

Not everyone will enjoy this Lodge. It's more 'bush than camp'. There is no power in the cabins at all. If you need your phone charged you must plug it in at the main lodge and leave it there. The cabins are completely open air - no real doors or screens on the windows to keep bugs out. It was really windy when we arrived and it literally blew right through our cabin all night. The walkways and stairs around and to your cabin are pretty rickety and do not have railings and it's dark with little lighting. I missed a step going to supper in the dark and skinned my knees at the bottom. The food was ok - and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was definitely over priced compared to other Camps we stayed at. It just wasn't for us, we were booked for 2 nights but left after 1. I hope my review isn't too harsh, some adventurous souls might really enjoy. We're in our 60's and prefer something a little less rough.

The camp has an interesting ethos and it was an experience to stay in a lodge which is very well ventilated as it is open to the world on all sides. The mosquito net worked well and needed to as it was the only hotel of the holiday where I heard a mosquito. It was eradicated with the provided mosquito spray. It was strange to have no aircon but we coped as it was so windy whilst we there. The food was good. Would recommend

Dangereux Des scorpions, des serpents et toutes sortes de bêtes Pas de portes Isolé et se présentant comme un éco lodge Arnaque totale Le parc national des tsingys est évité par les agences pour cet hôtel qui propose des activités de visites des tsingys qui entourent l’hôtel A cela s’ajoute des tyroliennes et des parcours encadrés par du personnel local Bref un vrai cauchemar pour des personnes sensibles et non informées par les agences qui se cachent bien de vous annoncer la couleur Par ailleurs le personnel semble terrorisé par les patrons qui se présentent comme des gens à la cool En réalité c’est tout autre chose Nous avions l’impression d’être dans une secte et non à Madagascar

C’est un concept que tout le monde peut ne pas apprécier. Vivre dans une case malgache ouverte sur l’extérieur sans porte ni fenêtre. Nous avons apprécié … pour deux nuits ! L’environnement sur ce lac est magnifique. Personnel accueillant et sympathique.

E l' avventura piu' bella ha avuto inizio. Che dire Lodge bellissimo immerso nella natura selvaggia. Un laghetto vicino e natura bellissima. Lodge pulito e organizzato, Dormire in queste " capanne" è stato emozionante. Trovato gechi, rane e anche bisce. Ma tutto sommato. Cena e pranzo ottimi. La grigliata la sera è stata la migliore. Tonno pinna bianca una prelibatezza. Accoglienza super. Luogo vicino agli Tsigi Grigi. Ottima escursione. Per esperti.

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans un bungalow qui donnait sur le lac. Magique! Certes les bungalows sont très simples et n'ont pas de portes pour fermer à clef. En revanche le cadre est tellement enchanteur qu'on oublie cet inconvénient. La direction fait de son mieux pour vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Que dire du personnel qui est très motivé et sympathique. Pas besoin de vous rendre dans le parc national de l'Ankarana. Vous aurez la même chose au départ de ce camp. Les activités sont nombreuses, ludiques et vous aurez des guides vraiment au top. La cuisine est copieuse et la petite piscine un délice. Le temps passe vraiment trop vite quand on y est. Vous l'aurez compris: je ne peux que conseiller cet endroit.
