It's about a 30-minute drive from Erdaobaihe Town, with very few options for takeout and restaurants nearby. This hotel is located within the scenic area, about 2.8 km away, which was a good experience. It would be even better if the balcony glass were cleaner.

It's super convenient to stay here with kids; no need to rush or wake up too early. We went hiking in the morning and were able to come back and rest a bit in the afternoon.

The resort is quite expansive, and the outdoor hot springs are very photogenic. However, we couldn't book the complimentary river tracing activity. There are too few dining options, and it's quite far from Erdaobaihe Town. All the previous scenic area preferential policies were cancelled on July 4th, 2026. The shuttle service to and from the station was good, but there are too few scenic area buses. The last bus from the scenic area back to the hotel is at 5 PM, which is quite inconvenient.

This hotel offers excellent value for money during peak season. The buffet breakfast and dinner have a wide variety of dishes, including beer and liquor. The hot springs are fantastic – my skin felt so smooth after bathing. Plus, the shuttle service to the train station and attractions is incredibly convenient.

The hotel service was still excellent, and they even upgraded our room. The hotel's location is a bit close to the mountains. Perhaps because of high occupancy, the carpet was a little dirty. The food was good, and the hotel staff were all very nice.

The location is superb, just a few minutes' drive from the scenic area's entrance, and the complimentary shuttle service makes getting around incredibly convenient. We received warm cookies upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and spacious with a forest-view balcony. The free natural volcanic hot springs were perfect after hiking – an ultimate stress reliever. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including special Korean ethnic cuisine. The service was attentive and professional. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!

The room was clean and the pillows were comfortable. The hot spring wasn't crowded in the afternoon. The pork ribs with sauerkraut and stewed chicken with mushrooms at the buffet were both delicious. The hotel offers shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, and also to the Changbaishan North Scenic Area Visitor Center. I called the hotel a bit late in the evening and they still arranged a pick-up for me. Overall, it was a very pleasant and worthwhile experience.

This hotel is nestled halfway up Changbai Mountain, offering a quiet environment and genuine volcanic hot springs. You can stroll through the forest by day and unwind in the hot springs at night – a truly rare and relaxing getaway. The hotel also provides a butler service; Jackson Eric was incredibly thoughtful, sending breakfast for my child. For peak season in August, paying just over 1000 RMB for four hot spring tickets, breakfast, parent-child activities, and high-speed rail transfers is an incredible value.
