Novotel Antwerpen Reviews

The Novotel Antwerpen was simply a great hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel really had all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay. Everything was well-organized, and the staff was friendly. Nothing overly luxurious, but just a nice hotel where you can stay without any worries.

Best for a quick break for business trip, nice and easy, no hassle

The breakfast was fantastic, bacon, eggs, and a lot more options! The person at the front desk wasn't the friendlies

The room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.

I was told that their system has only a record of 2 adults. I showed the receptionist my confirmation which clearly stating 2Adults + 2 kids. Sofa bed was not ready, and I was advised to make the bed myself. Box tissue in the toilet was empty. Stinking smell in the toilet.

Always our choice if we go to Anwerp. We wanted to booked the one in Ghent but was fully booked.

The location is not good .

Good place to stay with family

Tried to order room service. The service was bad and kept telling me nothing was available except for Fries. I then ordered fries but it never delivered. The network was bad, so I couldn't connect to the internet in the room.

Wonderfull staff and stay. They are very helpful.

Was average experience

Location out of the city, so not OK if you want to be in the center (not easy by public transport), If you have a car and you want an easy place to access from the ring, then location is perfect. Only minus for me was the Wi-Fi. You have to chose between Free and paying Wi-Fi, but the free Wi-Fi was not even enough to reply my e-mails... Feels a bit like false advertising to say Wi-Fi is included.
