Great location and price. Huge clean room bed bathroom. No desk or concierge. Email to manager only but ok. No elevator. No TV. L Own your own. 10-15 Euro to train station.

From early on, the owner was very charming, helpful, and communicative. He was a pleasure to deal with, and even helped answer a question we sometimes all want to know the answer to and that is - Where is the nearest laundry, so I can wash my clothes? The room I had faced the rear courtyard and was much larger than I expected. It was very neat and clean. All the linen was excellent and the bed very comfortable and very big. The window was openable, and there was a split system air-conditioning/heating unit. There was plenty of light in the bathroom, and it was very spacious. The water pressure was excellent.

Decent room and fantastic location but what ruined it is how close the rooms are to each other with thin walls / doors. You can literally here people chatting in their rooms and when they are leaving their rooms it’s right next to you. You’ll also hear their doors slam really shut loudly as well. Also, the soap in the showers is heavily watered down. If you wear earplugs it’s manageable but not without.

Great place to stay in Antwerp, close to the Center and parking for the car. Really a good place to enjoy holidays in Antwerp. Very clean apartment, a simple solution to enjoy your time here. Tobias is great to react your questions. Thanks Tobias

Clean, new ,modern in great location. Large rooms, even by US standards. No staff on site and no elevator if you wind up on the 3rd floor like we did. Very comfortable king size bed. Short walk to main square and to metro. Would definitely recommend as long as you can deal with stairs.
