I cannot rate the trea**ent of the staff more than excellent. I had health problems and they were very close and attentive. The location within Mechelen is good and the facilities meet the needs that I personally demanded. I deducted one point in the cleanliness rating for the use of carpet, not because it was dirty, far from it, cleanliness deserves a 5 too but I know that it is vitally important for people with allergies and other impediments with it. I highly recommend especially for the service and staff. I would repeat without a doubt.

It was a great stay with good service overall, the room was comfortable, the front desk girls at our arrival were superb. The breakfast is good, however I wish you would’ve thought about options for people with food allergies.
