第一次住酒店遇到臨時無法續房，取消訂單操作超過兩分鐘還扣20塊錢的…當天水也沒喝東西也沒用的…其他酒店有特殊情況時還會主動讓顧客延遲一會兒休息一會兒，沒有對比就沒有傷害…什麼系統加鍾產生費用都是套話，個人覺得不人性化很死板所以體驗感差
