環境不好，剛進去地上就有垃圾，開了4間房，2間有異味，旅遊的時候伴着異味入睡真的很糟糕，當晚睡得很不好，不隔音，住在樓梯邊上雜音更大，吃飯的時候，男服務員態度糟糕，管理不好自己的情緒為什麼要上任？我花錢買氣受嗎？一羣人等菜等到飯冷，到最後餓肚子，真的“舒服”女生和小孩態度很好
