前台小姐姐人很好，本來是我們已經選錯了房型，告知了前台，前台很快根據我們的情況幫我們換了房間，不僅換了房間，而且允許我們先去看一下房間滿不滿意，中途還沒有任何不耐煩的情緒，況且當時是五一黃金週，入住的旅客特別多，還有團體客人，這個人應付一羣人，真的工作能力超級強👍🏻本次住宿真的十分滿意，感謝前台工作人員專業高效的服務！

酒店環境還可以，周圍吃的很多，離圓覺洞也近。整體過得去，但是自助早餐差評，我們八點鐘到已經很多東西都沒有了，也沒有後續補充，真的很敗好感。

不僅沒有一次性馬桶套，唯一的洗漱用品也沒有準備！座機總枱無法呼叫，房間沒有一張提示卡，跑下樓要了洗漱用品，客服沒有一點歉意！第一次遇到2百多元的爛環境！
