Review I called the hotel on July 15th and was told they did not accept the holiday voucher. So I decided to book from booking. Later I saw on their site that they accepted it, but at the time of payment they said that since I had booked from an external circuit they could not accept it. What can I say…a total disappointment but not for the price. The description and photos do not correspond to reality at all. Corridors with footprints. Customers and cleaning staff who go around undisturbed without a mask and, in spite of the anti-covid regulations, breakfast is a buffet and people (always without a mask) put their hands everywhere. The room is the flagship, they call it triple superior with sea view: very small and the third bed is at the foot of the double bed, therefore an adapted double! Totally different from the one in the photo, dirty fridge, septicemia shower, toilet attached to the shower that you have to stand sideways to sit on, air conditioning system full of dust (risk of legionella). The intake split pulled up the slats making a crazy noise. Furniture with dust from a month or more, practically non-existent lights in the bathroom, cracks in the walls and a tablecloth on the terrace table smeared with coffee. Swimming pool yes, but a little maintenance since the insulation is practically detaching from the wall ... Wifi that does not work on the upper floors. Personally I think it would be right to pay more attention to small details especially hygiene for the money they ask. I will definitely never stay here again and will not recommend this establishment to anyone. I am attaching photos of what I described.
