Friendly staff, quiet location and close to central Aosta (5-10min walk). Free parking. Lovely cafe and restaurant across the road.

Good hotel 10min walk from the center of Aosta.
The facility is comfortable and the staff friendly and polite.
Breakfast with a wide choice of desserts, cakes, cured meats, fruit etc.; all of good quality.
The room was in good condition but with open wardrobes which I don't particularly like, otherwise clean and functional.
Overall definitely recommended.

Hotel 700 meters from the center of Aosta. Quiet area with ample free parking. The hotel is nice for a 3 star in terms of breakfast service I would give it a 4 star. The nice, welcoming rooms. If I have to make a note, the room is too hot. And the pillows are the sore point... they are either too low and not very comfortable or very hard. Without that comfort, the rest is very good.

False advertising because you are selling a 4-star hotel when in reality it only has 3 stars (see facade and business card....). It must have been many years since it lost its star........tired bedding......internal restaurant closed

A last minute reservation, a weekend in the snow with a 5 year old... this is the ideal place! A stone's throw from the cable car and the city center, clean rooms, spacious rooms with modern furnishings. Adequately sized bathroom, huge shower. Breakfast???? One of the best I've ever tasted: varied, with both sweet and savory choices, fresh fruit, excellent selection of foods for celiacs. Kind and helpful staff who are attentive to customer requests. If I had to find a "flaw" I would say the heat. The temperature in the room and bathroom was excessive. We will definitely be back!

I found myself unpleasantly bad, terrible services, useless and rude staff towards me, constructive criticism is not accepted, dirty and broken rooms Lasagne left wild on the bedside table Anabolic meals and ridiculous portions They didn't even give me sparkling water!! Elevator narrow slow uncomfortable broken and small Pillows uncomfortable and hard or too thin Water not drinkable that made me sick 😭😡 The rooms were African saunas as if I were n3ro cazz00 🤭 whoever took me 🤪🤪👹 Reception rude and arrogant tr** * (all of them) well have a good day ♥️🗣
