O hotel é novo, o atendimento da Camila na nossa chegada foi excelente, quarto que ficamos com ótimo tamanho, estava limpo e organizado, com excelente cama, bom enxoval, ótimo chuveiro. Pecou pela conexão da internet, que era ruim. A recepção, o lobby e o restaurante são muito agradáveis e com decoração muito bonita e te convidam a permanecer por algum tempo. Café da manhã completo e estava tudo muito bom nos dois dias que utilizamos. Jantamos em uma das noites, e o pessoal da cozinha brilhou no parmegiana, estava excelente. O pecado ficou por conta do rum que minha esposa pediu, estava no cardápio e não tinham, mas em nada atrapalhou nossa ótima experiência. Outro ponto razoável, fica por conta da localização, que infelizmente não é boa para irmos à pé ao santuário. Recomendo!!!

Olá Estive nesse hotel em fevereiro de 2024 Pontos positivos: -Chuveiro bom -Cama boa - Toalhas razoáveis - Limpeza do quarto razoável p ruim -Localização razoável - Café da manhã bom Pontos negativos: - Roupa de cama não estava limpa e o chão um pouco sujo - Não fazem omelete no café da manhã e p mim isso fez toda diferença, pois só como omelete no café da manhã, foi erro meu que deveria ter me informado antes ( por esse motivo, já não volto mais a me hospedar nesse hotel) - Muito longe da Basílica Em fim : p mim não vale o custo benefício!

Não é o melhor de Aparecida. Péssima experiência. Ao chegar, apesar de educado o atendente me falou o horário de saída ao invés de bem-vindo e o horário do café. Na saída às 11h30 deixei a porta aberta e logo veio a camareira querendo arrumar para o próximo hóspede. Lugar caro pro serviço oferecido. Não volto nunca mais.
