"The building wasn't very old and was spacious, and there were no particular issues with the drainage, but the shared shower booth had no sink, mirror, or shelf, and faced the kitchen, making it difficult to get changed. The kitchen also lacked knives or a cutting board, so you couldn't do much cooking. There was also no hair dryer or Wi-Fi. Someone ate the yogurt I had put in the fridge, even though I'd taken the trouble to put it in a bag. It's located next to a large construction site, so you can hear the construction noise.
But the price was so incredibly low that I'm willing to put up with all of these complaints."

CCocoGreat Stay in a Prime Location
We stayed in a ”Wilde Bedroom” for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a little pantry for light meals. It was great to have self-laundry on the same floor (3rd).
The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed dinner at ”Restaurant Vienne/OnurChefs.” In addition, it’s close to attractions like Stephansplatz and St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
One minor drawback was finding the hotel entrance; clearer signage would greatly enhance the overall experience. Also, having a vacuum cleaner in the room would be a bonus.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

HH MatthiasExcellent property in a quiet neighborhood and just 2-3 subway stops from Vienna's top attractions. The team at Weltwien was proactive, helpful, and accommodating, even emailing me months in advance to provide me with useful information for checking in/out outside of staffed hours. Checking in myself was a breeze, instructions were sent via Whatsapp. Special mention for Natascha who was a delight to communicate with.
The apartment was spacious (large balcony), extremely clean, beautiful, and well equipped (full kitchen with pots and dishwasher). The bathroom was lovely and had a towel radiator. The TV was smart and easy to use. Weltwien is now one of my favourite apartment hotels in Europe! Only complaint was that the bedroom could be brighter (more lights).
Laundry rooms are available on 2 floors, with detergent and ironing board provided. Highly recommended.

JJune Yoon YiMy family has now returned to Korea after finishing the trip to Europe. When it comes to travel, accommodation is very important in determining the image of the city. Even in the same city, there is a pretty good chance that if you stay in good accommodation, you will think the city is good, and if you stay in bad accommodation, you will think it is bad. This residence offers a very high level of employee kindness compared to other residences. Also, the facilities are very well-equipped without breaking down, and feedback is fast. However, when you go to the supermarket, it is recommended to use public transportation rather than walking. The tram is very well-established, and I always used 24 hours tickets ~ 7 days tickets.

GGcatGood stay with location close to central station. Cafes and supermarkets nearby, transport is just kins away from hotel. Hotel provides hand soap/body/shampoo . Theres a mini kitchen, with kettle provided. Theres also washing machine and dryer within hotel which requires seperate payment via app. Theres also a car park underneath which also requires payment at the machine before exiting. Always nice to stay here after 3 visits.

WWilliamLovely apartment sitting the slight outskirt of the city - that’s 3-4 stations from the central station and further apart from most attractions that are on the opposite side of the hauptbahnhof.
Apartment is new and clean with a super well equipped kitchen. Metro station is right opposite and there are also shared bicycles outside. Supermarket is approx 150-200m away.
Only two negative things about the stay are:
1) check in code was not communicated beforehand - waited and spent about a hour in total to sort things out at check in
2) at check out the staff arrived at 10:00 sharp with stern faces - not the kind of warm send off you would normally expect from a hospitality business.
Otherwise it was all good.

GGuest UserNice apartment just steps away from the U-Bahn station, all kinds of cooking stuff are provided. Comfortable big bed. The room is clean and big, excellent condition for a solo traveler.
The hotel really relies on self-services, I did not meet a single employee, all the check-in/out work is done by yourself at the ipad in the front desk.
Note that they do not provide slippers, shampoo, soap or toothbrush/toothpaste, so you better bring your own with you.

LLance AdamGood value for money. It's a small commute from the main train station, but doesnt take too long to get into the city centre. However, the air conditioning machine was broken and clicked all night.
Additionally, the evening staff checked in another group into my room. So while I was in bed, I had guests arrive and begin to enter my apartment using a functioning key card. My card had been cancelled and stopped working.
When I went downstairs to get my card working again, the staff had no idea this happened at all. The staff was apologetic.
It's good value for money, provided your air con works and they don't send other customers into your room at night by accident.

SSvetaCheThe location of the apartments is very convenient: both in relation to the airport (S-Bahn station, S7) and the city center (U-Bahn). The apartments themselves are modern, new. The room has all the necessary equipment: a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, even a coffee machine with several capsules. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the bedroom, which, apparently, they knew about, because a fan was thoughtfully left in the corner. There was little liquid soap in the dispenser, and it is not so easy to catch the staff, they appear there on their own schedule, because this is not a hotel - in general, then we used shower gel for our hands :))
In general, we are happy, the price-quality-location ratio is 5.

The location is awesome for travellers who intend to stop by a few days before hitting the road using the train service again. Besides, the supermarkets/marts that operate in the train station make it convenient for people who stay nearby to do their grocery especially when everywhere is closed on Sunday.

LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
