BBearBearFishTraveling during the National Day holiday, I chose a hotel close to my destination, the Century Lotus Sports Center. The pictures on the website looked great, so I booked it. This was my first experience with Ascott, and from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt that everything was meticulously done. It didn't feel like an ordinary serviced apartment. I looked it up and found out it's a brand under a Singaporean hotel group. The hotel is very new and clean. We booked a 70-square-meter one-bedroom apartment, which had simple yet comfortable decor, high floors, and excellent natural light. Everything far exceeded my expectations. There's a shopping mall downstairs connected to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. I'd say it started with good looks and ended with amazing details. A very satisfying experience!

MM316001****The facilities are great: the room is very spacious with a large balcony and a separate washing machine. A 2-meter bed is quite rare to find. As for cleanliness, it's pretty clean. The environment is excellent: it's very close to Daliang Metro Station, making transportation convenient. It's also near several other popular attractions, acting as a central hub. Overall, it offers great value for money.

JJ.KanokkarnWe stay 2 nights. Hotel is located quite far from city center. Reception cannot speak English but you can use Google Translate APP. The cleanliness was pretty bad, wet floor in toilet and smell bad when we checked in. When we back from outside around 2.30pm., room was not yet clean. Have to tell reception. This apartment is pets allowed. People smoke in the building even it has a sign No Smoking. My opposite room smoking in the room and open the door, my husband got allergic and can’t breathe. I asked reception to change the room, she’s willing to help and change us to another room on the same level. New room was fine but unluckily there are both rooms before and next to us smoking and open the door and very noisy. Very bad experience. I would not be back this hotel again ever.

Service: The front desk staff were excellent. They responded instantly to any minor issues we had and and resolved them quickly – truly reliable and helpful!
Facilities: The in-room facilities, such as the bed and washing machine, were exactly as shown on the app and worked perfectly, leaving us with absolutely no worries.
Cleanliness: Everything was spotlessly clean. The sofa and bed linen were fresh and pristine, with no stains visible whatsoever. This made for a truly reassuring and comfortable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience this time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Wanda Plaza, the Xinkai Plaza. The hotel environment is good, high-end and classy. The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

GGuest UserThe apartment was very spacious and offered much better value for money compared to a hotel. It also features a gym, but unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to use it due to time constraints. You can spot it immediately from the subway exit, less than 100 meters away. If it's raining and you're heading to Lingnan Tiandi, you can go directly from the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I need accommodation in the future.

AAnonymous UserI particularly like staying here. Although it's not very busy, the transportation is convenient. The subway is also very close, about a few hundred meters away. The most important thing is that it is very hygienic, safe and cost-effective. Although there is an access control that you have to press every time, and there are security guards on duty, it feels quite safe and not too complicated. So there’s still next time!
