From the very beginning, the owner followed up meticulously, helping with my luggage and arranging check-in promptly. He even graciously upgraded me to a king-size bed with floor-to-ceiling windows, hand-ironed bedding, central air conditioning, and a Dyson hair dryer. The hotel offers all the amenities you need for a stay. Although located within an apartment building, the interior is no different from a hotel, and the soundproofing is excellent. The location is very convenient, right next to the subway station and Coastal City, offering everything from dining and entertainment. I had the opportunity to visit Lihu Lake and Huishan Ancient Town. The natural scenery blends seamlessly with the world, and the beauty of human kindness hidden within the mundane world is unforgettable. We had a fantastic experience at 漫湖雲帆·公寓（太湖店）. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of 蠡湖之光 . The amenities were well thought out, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. What stood out the most was the attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, providing an extra bed set promptly and even helping us store our luggage after check-out, which was incredibly convenient.

Facilities: Includes a bathtub, highly recommended for its super comfortable 1.8-meter double bed, and a large, soft sofa (big enough for one person). It also has a separate large refrigerator, washing machine, large wardrobe, large bay window, and even a sliding door separating the sofa and bed. Extremely satisfied, excellent value for money. Cleanliness: Plenty of disposable toiletries, very clean and hygienic, giving me peace of mind. The room was clean and odor-free. Environment: Over 50 square meters, very spacious, perfectly suitable as a studio apartment, yet with excellent amenities. Conveniently located, just a 700-meter walk from Nanchang Street and close to a shopping mall. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. They quickly brought extra blankets when I requested them and even offered extra disposable toiletries, especially since I had a child with me. Truly excellent value for money, a very satisfying stay. The service and environment were a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!!!

This is a good business hotel with high value for money. The underground parking is directly accessible and free during the stay, and the parking spaces are quite large and easy to park in. Breakfast starts as early as 6 AM, which is very convenient for those of us catching early flights.

The first time I stayed in such a high hotel, it was the first time I stayed in this apartment hotel. The overall situation was quite satisfactory. The only downside was that the central air conditioner could not adjust the temperature and slept coldly at night. Although I live on the 35th floor, the scenery is very general, and there is no view on the picture when booking the hotel. Health needs to be strengthened, and there are hairs on the slippers.

The room is great, renovated from a high-end apartment The service staff were also great. Manager Dai at the front desk also recommended us an itinerary in Wuxi and introduced some particularly delicious farm dishes. The Dongpo pork was amazing. Both adults and children enjoyed several bowls of rice. There is a problem with the use of the elevator. Since only one elevator was opened during the renovation, the cleaning staff had to share the passenger elevator with guests to carry trash cans. I heard several batches of different customers complain about this, after all, it is a four-star price

Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

Hotel location is good, within walking distance to subway station and shopping complex. Room is spacious and comfortable. Daily cleaning is provided. The breakfast shop next to the apartment at the next building 方中山is best. Been eating there 4 days in a row. Highly recommended
