Holiday Apartments in Xiamen

Very satisfied, everything is very good, I can recommend it to my friends, and I can continue to book if necessary. I will bring more friends next time. Keep it up, the future is bright, perfect. The scenery is great, and seeing the sea makes you feel much better. You can also cook, and there are all kinds of pots and pans. The night view nearby is also good at night, and there are many snacks.

The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

Booked a room for my family. The boss was very enthusiastic, the service was thoughtful, the response was quick, and the room type was upgraded. It was spacious and quiet. I received five-star praise! I wish the boss a prosperous business! (PS: Parking is also very convenient around, 20 per day without reservation)

Hygiene: Very clean. The cups, toothbrushes, and bath towels used were all disposable. The cleaning lady was very nice! Facilities: The bathroom was too small, lacking a separate wet and dry area. There was even a washing machine inside, so the toilet bowl got completely wet when I showered. There was no TV, and the blanket was too thin, waking me up cold in the middle of the night. Came to Xiamen to see the sea and stayed at this apartment. It was a really heartwarming experience. First off, the hygiene was impeccable, and secondly, the price was very affordable for most people, around a hundred yuan, which is incredible value for money. The provided dryer was particularly practical; it meant I didn't have to carry a bunch of extra clothes while traveling, which was super convenient. Downstairs, there's a shopping area, making it easy to get around. The owner's service was also very warm and appropriate. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

The room was generally nice, with all necessary amenities, including disposable face towels, bath towels, and slippers. It was a duplex with decent soundproofing, and the bed was a comfortable firmness, making for a decent night's sleep. However, it wasn't as good as my first stay here.

Bringing the kids to Xiamen and staying at Yan Hai Homestay was such a pleasant surprise! The Loft room type was comfortable and spacious, with a unique, artistic decor. Stepping out of the room, you're greeted by a magical starry sky pool, creating an incredible atmosphere. There's even a children's slide in the room, which the kids absolutely loved. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, making getting around super convenient. For a family trip, this place is relaxing and hassle-free. Our stay at Yan Hai Homestay became the most therapeutic part of our Xiamen trip. The room had my favorite minimalist style, with white walls and natural wood furniture. The bedding was so clean it felt sun-dried; once I lay down, I didn't want to get up. The hostess brewed local tea for us and shared stories of the seaside. She also recommended beaches to avoid the crowds and old established satay noodle shops tucked away in alleys, which were even more practical than what we found in guidebooks. It's not far from Zengcuo'an, yet it avoids the hustle and bustle, and you can reach the beach in just a few minutes. Half of the relaxed feeling of this trip came from Xiamen's sea, and the other half from the comfort of Yan Hai. Next time I come to Xiamen, I'll definitely stay here again.

The amenities were quite good. The room I booked came with a fridge and a washing machine, and it was also quite spacious. The cleanliness was excellent. It's very close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and ordering delivery is super easy.

First of all, the housekeeper was very friendly in arranging check-in and service. The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple. The room was clean, hygienic and comfortable, there was a cleaning service every day. The hotel is located in the famous Twin Towers, Shapowei and Nanputuo Temple, which are tourist landmarks. No need to take a taxi, it’s convenient

The apartment is on top of the Twin Towers. The environment is very good. The staff has a good service attitude. The room is clean, tidy and bright. It is very close to the attractions. Shapowei is downstairs and Xiamen University is next to it. You can also see Xiamen University from the room. It is very convenient nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants and fruit shops are all very close. The front desk sister is very good to communicate with! Very enthusiastic. I feel that Xiamen is a very, very hospitable city! I will come again next time
