QQieersichenlixiangjunThe room is clean and spacious. It is very close to Wanda Plaza business district. It is also convenient to go to the main road for business. The apartment is located in the center of Huli District on the island, close to Xiamen Station and Gaoqi Airport. The boss is very nice. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and well-equipped with a sofa, a desk, a washing machine, and even a full-length mirror, making it feel very cozy. The owner was incredibly kind; they even upgraded our room for free, which was a wonderful start to our trip. Highly recommended!

YYuyuantianThe room looks exactly like the photos online. The building has apartment-style management, so everyone checking in has to register and have their face scanned at the downstairs property management office, which makes you feel very safe. It's located right by the World Trade Center Twin Towers, making shopping, getting around, and dining super convenient. Xiamen University, Nanputuo Temple, Shapowei, and the Botanical Garden are all nearby. You can see Gulangyu Island right through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, and the night view is stunning. The room's hygiene was excellent, with disposable bath towels, toilet seat covers, and bathtub covers all provided. The only downside was that the pillows weren't very comfortable; I'd suggest improving those. The room size is about 30 square meters.

GGuest UserGood: very closed by train station like 8 mins walk. Front counter lady was helpful. Price was a deal.
Bad: cleaning is not done well, we found empty cigarette box under the bed. Provided plastic slippers were extremely dirty which we don't dared to use. Bathroom is very small jam with toilet, open shower and washing machine in approx 16sf room. Therefore, the toilet and washing machine gets wet after every use of shower. Since there was only disposable towels provided (large paper towel), we can't even use it to wipe the toilet dry. Although it's closed by Xiamenbei train station, keep in mind, it's far from tourist place in case you want to visit. It takes almost an hour by subway.

WWinnieI stayed at Somerset Serviced Apartments in Shenyang and was pleasantly surprised, but this one in Xiamen has some shortcomings: poor TV reception. The room is not clean enough, and many door panels are dirty even after I wiped them again. Other than that, there are no major problems, and it is cost-effective. Opposite is Powerlong First City, which is convenient for shopping, dining and public transportation. It is very easy to call a taxi at the door of the hotel

JJangusTo stay at Xiamen’s tallest building, especially at this price, is just amazing. Waking up to views of the city and the surrounding mountains is a lovely start to the day. The room is spacious, and I would love to have sat down to have tea while watching the sky change. Below the apartment is a mall, so you literally have everything at your feet. Do contact the property before arriving!

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient: very close to the airport, and the subway offers direct access to all major city attractions. The service was exceptionally thoughtful; not only did they provide luggage storage, but they also helped us arrange a taxi. The room was impeccably clean, showing no signs of previous guests, with not a speck of dust even in the corners. The nearby snack street is bustling with delicious food; the Braised Pork Zongzi and Peanut Soup were absolutely unforgettable!

GGuest UserThe apartment is on top of the Twin Towers. The environment is very good. The staff has a good service attitude. The room is clean, tidy and bright. It is very close to the attractions. Shapowei is downstairs and Xiamen University is next to it. You can also see Xiamen University from the room. It is very convenient nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants and fruit shops are all very close. The front desk sister is very good to communicate with! Very enthusiastic. I feel that Xiamen is a very, very hospitable city! I will come again next time
