MM672049****To fully enjoy Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, I specifically chose this hotel, and it turned out to be the smartest decision! It's about a 10-minute drive directly to the park entrance. When my child got tired in the afternoon, we just took the car back to the room for a nap, and then returned refreshed in the evening to watch the fireworks show. This flexibility of being able to 'retreat anytime and re-engage anytime' made traveling with kids so much easier! The hotel itself also offers very thoughtful service, with children's facilities and rooms with great views. I would definitely recommend it to all friends planning a visit!

GGuest UserFive stars, highly recommended! The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's incredibly close to the Hengqin Port, just a few minutes' walk away. This makes it super convenient whether you're crossing the border for a trip or returning after a day out, saving a lot of hassle. The room itself was exceptionally clean and tidy, every corner was spotless, and the bedding was fresh with no strange odors, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The biggest surprise was finding a massage chair in the room! After a long day of walking, I was exhausted, but lying down for a massage instantly melted away the fatigue – this amenity was incredibly thoughtful! Moreover, the hotel staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very efficient, and they patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Any request was met promptly, making the overall experience truly excellent. From the convenience of its location and the room amenities to the quality of service, there's absolutely nothing to fault. The value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm near Hengqin Port!

DDave travel expertStunning Macao aerial view from the window is worth the price. Everything in the apartment is new. The only disadvantage is that when you going down from 40 floor many people clicking lift bottom but when when the door open actually nobody there. Like a ghost clicking but apartment of this is fine

This time, we opted for a suite, which is ideal for families with children. The host is very friendly and accommodating, and the service is top-notch. I personally found it to be excellent and highly recommend it.

ZZhihaowenranThis hotel is right next to Hengqin Port, which made crossing the border exceptionally convenient the next day. We checked in late at night, and from the 24th floor, you can see the night view of Taipa across the water, with Studio City and Galaxy Macau just a short distance away. Checking into the room was very easy; after registering, we just used the password sent via the hotel's WeChat account to enter. In the evening, you can head to the nearby food court to try some highly-rated seafood BBQ restaurants. To get there, you'll need to use the underground passage beneath Hengqin Port to cross the street. Oysters paired with Zhujiang Beer are simply a treat for the taste buds! The room has an apartment-style design, complete with a fridge, washing machine, and stove.

The apartment is located in a bustling center, quiet in a busy area, and very convenient for dining, shopping and entertainment. It is close to Zhuhai High-speed Railway Station and convenient for access.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: After a long journey, it was incredibly satisfying to lie on the soft bed with the AC on and stream SVT's Nana show!
Environment: The location couldn't be more convenient! It's super easy to go to Xiwan for food, to the Love Post Office or Guan'ao Platform to see the sea, or to Gongbei Qingmao to cross into Macau. Taxis are usually just the starting fare. If you get hungry at night, there are plenty of late-night food options nearby!
Service: The staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service! When we checked in, our booked single-bed room wasn't ready, so they upgraded us to a twin-bed room for free, which was super comfortable! They also gave us a bunch of guides upon check-in, including recommendations for good restaurants downstairs, haha.
Since we stayed for two nights, on the second day, they even messaged us to ask if we wanted our room cleaned. We figured we'd be leaving the next day anyway, so we didn't bother the cleaning staff with an extra visit.
I would definitely consider staying here again next time I go to Macau for a concert or just to visit!

GGuest UserThis is a great place to stay in Jida, Zhuhai. It's easy to reach by public transport (multiple bus stops very close by) and is well connected with Gongbei, so easy access to the train station and airport bus. Our apartment was spacious and had an upstairs area with a large bed and downstairs area with a kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The only thing that the apartment lacked was kitchenware, but I was prepared for that and brought my own things with me. The apartment is close to a market area with lots of shops and restaurants. There's also a well-known Hunan restaurant beside the apartment building. The apartment was cleaned regularly and the cleaners did a great job and provided fresh towels every day. If you like walking, you can easily find walks through parks and you can climb more than 800 steps to the elevated board walk and then walk to the New Yuanming Palace or in the other direction. It's a great place to stay in Zhuhai and I'd happily return.
