Great
GGuest UserExcellent apartment, clean and spacious, all appliances are Smeg.
The location is superb, directly opposite Casa Batlló on Passeig de Gràcia, which also results in some noise at night. Try to negotiate to get a room closer to the inside of the building.
Check-in is only required at 4 PM, which is a slight drawback. Trains from Seville usually arrive in Barcelona around 1 PM, but you can leave your luggage with the manager.
The famous Vinitus restaurant is right next door.

GGuest UserExcellent location of apartments (metro and supermarket of mercadon in 5 minutes).
In the apartments there are all necessary for comfortable life: microwave, induction stove, toaster, coffee machine, lots of dishes, with a stock of toilet paper and paper towels, in the kitchen there is salt and oil, hand towel. The tug with a smooth board and a folding dryer for clothes is also available. The bed linen is perfectly tailored and looked completely new. The towels in the bathroom are fluffy and liked that huge towels were provided for the shower.
I would like to thank you for having a couch and a couch in the apartments (though we did not use it), but in other travels would not prevent.
The apartments are very clean. During the stay, the maid came once and after it all shone clean. Thank you very much!
I recommend accommodation in these apartments!
Attention!
Be careful. We paid accommodation through the trip.com site and it was indicated that the value included a city tax. But! Two days before the settlement, a letter came to the email requesting to pay the city tax and referring to the payment!
Very stressful situation, as it was not possible to pay our bank card.
GGuest UserThe apartment is centrally located with lots of eateries around. Check in was not communicated properly. No instructions was provided that this is a self check in aptmt.
Its different from the pictures where there is a hotel concierge. We arrived late at 10pm and could not enter the main gate. Luckily, the service man came down to clear rubbish and helped us with check in then. The host should have provided clear instructions on check in procedure and pin prior to arrival.

11390170****It's a very comfortable place to stay. Casa Batlló is just a short walk away, but not as noisy as the area. There's a small market nearby with a wide variety of goods, making it a very livable neighborhood surrounded by delicious restaurants – fantastic! The room is simply decorated, and the kitchen appliances are all Bosch – everything is great!
GGuest UserIt was a very clean accommodation and plenty of towels were provided.
It was a little inconvenient because laundry was done in a shared facility on the 5th floor, and I was a little disappointed that they assigned me a room with a rear view without even asking how many rooms had a view of the Sagrada. There is a rest area and a pool on the rooftop, so it would be nice when the weather is nice. The location is far from major tourist attractions, so it's a bit inconvenient to take the subway every day, so if I had to do it again, I think I'd pick it near Plaza Catalunya.

AAnonymous UserClose to the subway, but you need to take the bus to go to the main attractions.
Located in a residential area, back streets and alleys, the surrounding area is not a tourist area, it is still relatively depressed, and you should pay attention to safety when traveling too early or too late.
The room is not soundproofed, and you can hear the sound of water in other rooms.
There is no front desk or staff service. Email contact and the reply is very timely. Check-in is smooth according to the instructions step by step, and it requires high language communication skills.
But because there are no staff, the alarm suddenly sounded at 5 o'clock in the morning. I don’t know what the reason is. I don’t know whether it is a fire alarm, a ******** alarm or an earthquake. I rely entirely on my own judgment and no one dares to go out. No one has dealt with it until the alarm stopped by itself at 6 o'clock. It was a very bad and terrible experience, but fortunately nothing happened. No email was received later to explain this incident.
Luggage cannot be stored. It is said that there is a cooperative storage point, which requires a fee and some discounts, but the fee is unknown. It is still very inconvenient not to be able to store luggage.
There is no breakfast to be booked, and there are very few hotels around.
In short, the living experience is not good, and I will not live again next time.
The advantages are that the rooms are newer, the space is large, and the public space is also spacious.
GGEOK SIEWAmazing location right in the middle of la rambla and just diagonally opposite the Mercat De La Boqueria. Shower was nice and strong but the bathroom door has a strong suction that is a little noisy. They have 1 11kg washing machine and 1 dryer. Some of the nights we could hear some loud noise from above/ outside but overall a very good place.
NNadiaMI have stayed in many city apartments all over Europe, and I can honestly say Las Rambles has been my favourite, and I will always return here now when travelling to Barcelona. From the easy, calm check-in and friendly staff who took care of all our needs, i.e., booking taxi to airport, information on best restaurants and what to do when there. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and everything u could need for your stay. Location is perfect for every attraction within a mile walk. If u are going to Barcelona, this is the apartments to book. 100% . Thank u to all the staff for making our stay perfecto. We will see u again soon. Nadia & Robert
AASHRAFSGSuper convenient location. 5 mins walk from Barcelona Sants railway station. Nice restaurants right opposite the apartment just across the road. Explored walking in the vicinity and found nice restaurants, supermarkets, barber and kebab shop.
See map uploaded. To get to the Metro, easier to go to Plaça De Sants metro (not Barcelona Sants railway). We walked from Espanya all the way back to apartment. Doable even for my 70-year old mom.
Thanks to Jordi!
RRimas ToliusisLocation is pretty far, yet metro goes close. Hard to find exact building cuz chekin is on the other building. Even tho is the same hotel line for the pool you have to pay extra. Furniture quite old, but spacy rooms. Love how hotels says its smart tv when it isnt. In general it wasnt bad but nothing special. Free coffe from machine quite nice.
