"The room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. It was very comfortable to stay here. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the old port. The only downside was the hot water situation: after one person showered in the evening, there was no hot water left, so the second person could not shower. This might be due to a limited hot water tank or the system stopping at a certain time. There were no staff on duty in the evening, so it was not possible to get assistance, and this issue was not mentioned before check-in."

Great
CcssnwThe room was clean and tidy, and the L'Occitane shampoo and shower gel provided smelled wonderful.
The room facilities were relatively new, and the hot water came out quickly in the shower.
The location is very close to the subway station, only two stops away.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; I could ask them for assistance with any problems.
A very comfortable stay.

DDakota PuiTo be honest, we were quite disappointed with how old the room is. The vibe is very dull and even the air-conditioner looks like it was from the 90s. But the good thing is they have their private parking (need to pay another €15 per day) so that we can park our car inside and feel safer. However, I dont think we will be back the next time. The pictures we seen online are totally different lol.
MMikaxiaojieFour girls lived together, Montpellier and Marseille set this brand of hotel. Favorite coffee here is with the complete tableware and microwave on the bar, and come back at night with dessert and have a drink. Breakfast can also be coffee with the bag that you bought back.
KkkcclauExcellent location apartment hotel, reception staff is very good, luggage storage. Value for money next to the station. The most bungalow is a comb bed, an elevator, not recommended for those who have difficulty walking stairs, and people who are afraid of noise at night (currently working 24 hours at St. Charles station opposite). Clean, bright, plenty of towels, spacious kitchen bathroom and beautifully designed, very pleasant place.

AAnonymous UserThe apartment hotel is well located and overall quite clean, which makes the stay rather pleasant. However, the experience was clearly affected by the attitude of the receptionist.
He was unfriendly, distant, and not professional at all. There was no sense of welcome, his behavior almost made it feel like we were bothering him.
It’s a shame, as this really contrasts with the rest of the service and leaves a mixed impression.

SSamantha ShamoonStayed here for 3 nights. The room is clean and quite new. It’s also very spacious for a solo traveller. The location is very close to the metro station and there are bus stops just outside. The hotel is also very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bars and banks. Staff are friendly and helpful 👍🏻

GGuest UserLess than 10 minutes walk from Marseille Old Port. Parking is available on the road at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel also has a special paid parking lot. Clean and bright, the staff is welcoming, the room is equipped with tableware and kitchenware, you can cook by yourself.

GGuest UserThe room was perfect, had airconditioning, good bed, clean.
The only thing is that they should regularly check if everything still works fine. Specifically, lamps and items in the bathroom.
VVivian KempFirst time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again.
I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left.
Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did.
Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.)
Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant...
