"I am satisfied with the equipment of this hotel. But one thing is not spitting. The hotel provides three sets of passwords. The first two sets of passwords are no problem. The third set of passwords is wrong. We emial no one responds, whatsapp no one responds, and the phone can't get through! I don't know why I can't even send the short message! Waited for more than an hour outside the door!
At the end of the day, a woman came to solve the problem, and there was a real gap between customer service and expectations."
