"The room is good, the lobby is small and quiet and elegant, the room is big enough, the reception staff at the reception desk is kind and can speak proficient English, and local friends come to this hotel to visit me and remind me to go out as little as possible in this area at night, because the local Mexican ** in this area is relatively awkward, So I have been indoors and have not been out of the hotel."

"The hotel was located in the centre of the city centre and the hotel was located in the centre of the city centre. But since the hostess has no longer paper roll in its ETP, we stayed at least 30/45 minutes standing up and tired to prove our payment. The next morning at 8:00 p.m. (when we were sleeping around 4:00 p.m.), we wake up by hitting the door to know if we had paid with a credit or debit card (when they confirm that we have received the payment so what was the interest to wake up??). No excuse for the staff throughout the stay!! The hotel is located in the nearby room and is located in the nearby room.
Last point on the state of the draps that are completely used, it would be necessary to change them!"

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants of different flavors, and the streets are beautiful, which is very suitable for eating and shopping. The room is large, the hygiene is good, and the doorman is very nice (I forgot to tip...). The only uncertainty is that there is no air conditioning. I checked in in March, and it might still be a little cold at night, but I don't know if it will be a problem in summer.

GGuest UserThe apartments are impeccable. They are tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, including furniture and artworks. The apartment had two large bedrooms, and the master bedroom had its own bathroom and TV. The living room is fully furnished and also has a TV. The kitchen has all the amenities. It is a quiet building in a relatively quiet street. The concierge was very nice. The only problem we had is that we didn't realize we had to email them in advance our arrival. We thought it was a hotel, so didn't realize we had arrived at the place as we didn't see any signs. You must let them know in advance when you arrive. But this is a great deal. It can easily accommodate two couples.

AAleksandra_barsikНам все очень понравилось. В апартаментах есть все для жизни, вокруг много кафе и ресторанов, но при этом ТИХО по вечерам
Идеальное расположение, район безопасный
Рекомендую!
GGuest UserGreat stay, the hotel is very well located in Polanco area close to the offices I needed to visit in Insurgentes sur and in Santa Fe. Additionally the hotel is also conveniently located for visiting some of the most important museums in Mexico City just walking distance as well as many delicious restaurants. What I enjoyed the most besides the cleanliness and practicality of the hotel was the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a technical problem with a rental car and they not only helped me get some information but they guided me and supported me to resolve it. Amazing stay!

TTheVoyagerWe really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

AAnonymous UserGood place to stay if you wanna roam around CDMX. Close to metro pink line making it easily commute to various spots in CDMX. All staffs were nice and approachable. I checked out in the morning and left the luggage there till evening. If they could provide liquid soap, that would be great.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

2205158****I really enjoyed my stay here. It's very close to the snack street and not far from a larger supermarket. The small lane next to it is safe and quiet, lined with either hotels or residences. The facilities in the room were great, and there's a shared washing machine and dryer, with what seemed like complimentary laundry detergent, though the public restrooms weren't in the best condition. The keyless entry with a password lock was very convenient. The smart TV had Netflix automatically logged in with the hotel's account, so you could watch movies freely, even if I didn't find anything I was particularly interested in. The elevator was quite unique – there are no floor buttons inside; you select your floor outside, and then it directs you to the appropriate elevator. It felt very modern and novel.

SSARA GABRIELAModern accommodation in a great area for exploring Mexico city for a day or two.
It's not a hotel so obviously the service is totally different than you'd expect For cleanliness and?overall amenities..But it's totally ok for a good night sleep and a convenient, safe, and nice location to stay.
Wish they could PayPal bit attention to details, for example in trio.com?app it says the room had a?balcony and when we arrived we didn't even have windows.
Exhausted from a long trip we didn't want to cause trouble but that could have been advised earlier.
We were two people but only had one hand towel so that was an inconvenience that could have probably been avoided of the management would pay a birthday more attention to the bookings.
Overall ok stay for an one night stop-over in Mexico city.
Walking distance to restaurants and nice Polanco area day off night.
HHaidezhexueThe hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
