We booked a three-bedroom suite, and it was incredibly spacious! Plenty of room for our whole family, from grandparents to kids, without feeling cramped. The best surprise was the Jacuzzi on the balcony ♨️ – soaking in the hot tub at night while gazing at the mountain views was so relaxing, I didn't want to get out. The room also had a water dispenser with hot and cold water available anytime, so no waiting for a kettle to boil. Plus, a fridge and washing machine were included, making it perfect for an extended stay.
🏊 **Heated Pool is a Dream**
The pool has separate sections for adults and kids, and it's temperature-controlled, so even on cold days, the little ones can have a blast in the water. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds with slides, swings, and climbing frames – the kids absolutely loved it and completely wore themselves out 🔋 after a day of playing.
🛍️ **Convenient Location**
There's a shopping mall downstairs. While the dining options weren't extensive right there, Sky Avenue with its vast array of restaurants is just a 15-minute walk away. Parking is charged on a daily basis.
📝 **Summary**
If you're looking for a place in Genting where the kids can have endless fun, adults can relax comfortably, and you don't even need to leave the hotel to burn off some energy, this place is definitely worth booking! I'd stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserHotel-Apartment location is strategic and very convenient with the 20-mins bridge walk to Genting SkyAvenue. The room’s very is spectacular at night, and the cool breeze is awesome. The only cons/complaints I have for the trip is that THIS IS not exactly a Hotel but rather a Service Apartment. After pass 10pm, I couldn’t get any toiletry/new towers, or any types of services as they stop providing services till morning. For 3D2N stay, you would think there’s a daily-room-cleaning but unfortunately this is not the case for Antara Service Apartment. Overall it was a fun experience.

VVivienleeys96I stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient—about 7 minutes from Awana Resort and around 20 minutes to SkyAvenue. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can dine or pick up daily essentials, which made things very convenient.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the lifts were fast, so getting to the unit was easy. The unit itself is very spacious, especially for a couple, which made the stay comfortable.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the unit provided a kettle or a water filter for added convenience. Also, the water heater took quite a long time to warm up, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak.
Overall, aside from these minor issues, everything else was very good and I would say it’s definitely worth the price.

Pros:
1) each bedroom equipped with mounted lcd tvs, fan and aircond.
2) large lcd tv in living room, with netflix, youtube
3) plenty of facilities (free) for guests staying.
Cons:
1) Sliding door could not be latched properly. Had requested for someone to come over and check, but there was no follow up. Very dangerous as I had a 4 year old who likes to wander to balcony. This requires constant supervision as sliding door could not be secured.
2) Washer/Dryer leaking. Had to place a floor mat, and manually squeeze the water leaks few times while washing clothes. Else the kitchen floor is slippery due to the water leaks.
3) Parking rate is same as mall patrons which charges per entry per day. So if you enter the day before and exit day after, you will be charged for 2 days rates. Suggest parking rates be disclosed upfront so this can be considered before proceeding with bookings.
4) Unable to fully enjoy the jacuzzi due to faulty wiring causing the particular switch at the DB box to keep triping. No bubbles, no heat adjustment.
5) attached bathroom in master bedroom is transparent glass wall, covered only with curtains. Privacy wise - unsecured 😅.
6) limited choices of shops opened at the mall. Most eateries that are opened are non-halal. Halal options are drinks shop, happy potatoes, CU mart.

GGuest UserGood location with spectacular view. From parking spot to tower location, clearly instructed. No designated parking, but enough for all. Heated indoor pool, is a must at Genting highland. Cooking utilities all provided and complete. I love it cause we love home cooked. Great stay!

GGuest UserI am very disappointed that the pillowcase smells bad—it seems unwashed. I couldn't sleep until midnight because my neck and back are very itchy.The most important thing for us when we travel is to get enough sleep. We hope relevant authorities will pay attention to this issue and provide assistance.

2) Washing machine faulty n leaked to parquet floor… we had to mopped the floor upon noticing the leak.
3) Balcony sliding door cannot lock. Families with small children to be careful as there are chairs at balcony
4) But location is very accessible to eateries/minimarts/laundry service.

GGuest UserThe apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient.
However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel.
Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

GGuest UserThe environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.
