The bathroom has a large shower. The Kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, keriqu coffee maker and a hot water pot. (But not a full kitchen, no stove, no oven, no sink) Fast internet (500 mps) and a large screen TV 55 inch (Nextflix, Vudu, Amazon video, YouTube, Spectrum, sign in via your internet apps).Oceanfront patio with Adirondack chairs, table, & BBQ. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are provided. Free parking on the street is available The property is completely Non-Smoking (cigarette, vape, pot) both inside the apartment and on the porch. Smoking on the premises will result in a fee of $250.00. You may smoke on the street or away from the property.No pets allowed. $250 fine if a animal is found on the property during your stay. *We keep our units pet free for the future guest and their possible allergy concerns. If a dog is bought to the unit we have to have the carpets clean and the unit complete sanitized so we can offer a pet free environment. Which also takes an extra day to prepare again for the next guests. Thus this is why the $250 pet fee is charged. No gatherings or parties are allowed and no loud noises or music; Guests must be 25 years old to book the property. Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet neighborhood. The studio is an attached separate apartment within a 3-story triplex home. Access is through an outside electronic keypad entry to a separate apartment residence.
