"I loved La Das House. Location is on a locals street in downtown Danang, close to some lovely cafes and both local and more upmarket eateries/restaurants. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge and the Cham museum and I walked along the incredibly lovely river walk in the evenings. .. the people are lovely, helpful and kind and the communal area has a pool, bookcase of books, tables and chairs to relax on and a pet tortoise and bunny flopping around. I seriously loved the vibe, went twice and would base myself there if I go back again. Storii Cafe and the up market vegetarian restaurant (AUD15 meals) close by are both worth visiting. 🙏🥰"

GGuest UserWe didn't enjoy our stay. On the plus side, the staff was very polite, and the location was excellent. Everything a tourist could need is nearby. There's a great view of the city and the sea. You can even watch the sunrise in the morning.
However, the room disappointed us. We had a room on the top floor with its own pool. First, the ceilings were low, making it feel like we were on a ship. In reality, it was cramped. The bedroom was small, and the kitchen/living area was tiny. The rest was just the rooftop space.
The pool itself wasn't bad. But the jacuzzi and the floor around it were dirty. The shower was rather small and not very pleasant to use.
Overall, we felt uncomfortable in the room. The air conditioning in the living room was too strong and practically right above the bed. We ended up leaving after the first night, even though we had booked for three nights.
In general, it might be fine for less discerning guests, but then the price should be lower.

The staff were polite and always ready to help. Convenient location with shops, cafes, and transport nearby. I was very satisfied and would gladly stay here again!

AAnonymous UserOur apartment is located inside Signature M Hotel. Our 2bedroom suite with kitchenette was big, spacious & clean. Air-conditioning was good & strong. Room came with 2 extra standing fans, if needed.
The staff who managed the room (Nhu) was excellent! Always checking in via WA if we needed anything, especially housekeeping. Nhu even gave a complimentary pick up from Airport when we arrived (as we stayed for 6 nights)
When I booked the room, booking indicated as Room 1605, so I assumed it would be 16th floor, but somehow we ended in room 705 on level 7, which was ok.
Just wanted a higher view of ocean. Three times hotel staff knocked on our door. First 2 times for fire alarm checking & then 3rd time, said wrong door knocked. Certainly fishy cos never before fire alarm checks were done everyday. So was suspicious but I let 1 staff in to check only once, in our presence.
Outdoor pool (across the road) can be used but it was too cold as we came during their winter season. Other facilities like Game Room, Gym only to be used for Signature M Hotel Guests.
Overall, excellent stay & will definitely come back again as the location is near to airport (20mins away), near to Han Market & shopping places

SsangmuckThe staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room service was a huge convenience, with meals delivered directly to our room. They also helped arrange transportation to tourist spots, which was more convenient and even more affordable than using Grab. Our room was in excellent condition, very comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay for the entire family. Though I've visited Ho Chi Minh four times, this was my first trip to Da Nang, and this hotel made it exceptional. It was so comfortable that I would definitely book here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is small. On the plus side, its city center location is great for exploring local snacks on foot. On the downside, the bathroom often runs out of toilet paper, which is a bit annoying. Also, the room was never swept, which might be a common issue with hotels in this chain. I stayed for a long time and they never proactively changed the bed sheets; I had to ask the front desk on the last day. The water heater was sometimes inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold. However, for a price of just over 30 RMB, I guess it's tolerable. There were also mosquitoes.

113146.5A WORTHY PLACE !!
After we decided to stay in Da Nang for a few more days, we booked the room quite in a hurry. But when we got the room, it was totally beyond our expectation.
The location is in the middle of Phuoc My district, which make us very comfortable to go everywhere inside Da Nang, including the beach, the bay, Han River, city center and enjoyed everything. You can easily rent a bike from the hotel or use local services.
Our room was in the rooftop with very stastified views of 3 sides: the beach, the river and the city. Also, it was only 3 steps to the hotel's small pool, which was a good choice if you dont want to be burned by the summer sunlight on the beach.
The amanties of the room and the kitchen were very sufficient, just like a small house suitable for a couple.
The staffs were very nice and friendly and can support you everytime 24/7.
Some small cons may be concerned, such as the wifi was a little bit unstable, and sometimes it is a little bit noisy due to the neighborhood and the pool. However, it was not so important.
Overall, it was very good and worthy place!!

GGuest UserIt was our first time in Vietnam, so we were quite nervous about our choice of stay. First impression builds your whole experience after. Our experience was flawless, one of the best and highest level of service and generosity that we were not expecting. Rooms are clean, everything is brand new, all appliances that you need to live and enjoy your stay. 7 floors with brand new elevator, smooth and quiet. Rooms are quiet as well, we didn’t know that we had neighbors for two days)
We booked room with balcony, we didn’t expect it to be so roomy) Literally your own flat in Da Nang with exceptional service included.
Only thing that I would might change - its balcony barrier. I’m quite certain that owner plans to do so, but anyway, balcony of two separate rooms have one, quite short barrier between each other. I think that more privacy on balcony will hugely improve guests experience.

GGuest UserWe booked the only room left for three people. The description said one large bed and one small bed, but we actually got a room with three single beds. That wasn't even the worst part. When we entered the room, there were two half-dead cockroaches on the floor, and a huge, black, half-dead cockroach in the shower.
After we complained, they moved us to a much worse room – small, with two single beds, and old and rundown. The ladies at the reception were great, no complaints about them; my issues are with the hotel owner. We requested to check out a day early with Trip.com, but they denied it, even after we explained the situation. The new room smelled terribly of the pesticide used to kill those roaches. In all my extensive travels through Asia, I've never encountered any insects in a hotel room, only at this one. In the end, we booked another hotel for the same price, just a three-minute walk away.
