Amazing
DDaria-ziMy family and I really enjoyed our stay in this apartment complex. There's a panoramic rooftop pool and a fitness center, and our balcony offered views of both the sea and the city. A staff member met us in the lobby and showed us to the apartment; she was very polite and welcoming. The host is a true hospitality professional – excellent service, always quick to respond, and incredibly prompt in resolving any issues. I definitely recommend staying in this owner's apartments; everything is clean, tidy, and has all the essentials for a long stay, plus fantastic service.

Great
BBAGANThis was my first time in Vung Tau, and I had a very pleasant stay. When I arrived, I thought the apartment was called THE SÓNG APARTMENT - ViVi Home, but it seems each apartment owner rents out their own room under their own name. When I booked, I assumed there would be many apartments in Vung Tau, but there is only one THE SÓNG APARTMENT. I was a little worried about receiving my security card, but the person in charge was at the entrance to the accommodation building and escorted me to my room (I was at the entrance to Building A). The room was spacious and the facilities were excellent. There was also a drum-type washing machine, so I used it twice, even though I don't usually do laundry while traveling. Being able to hang my laundry out on the balcony was convenient. There was a convenience store and coffee shop on the first floor, and a Lotte Mart just 100 meters away. And there was a pool on the top floor! Security was solid, so I felt safe and secure. It seems the room was only filmed.

BBBeastGood location. The building is very new with modern design
Everything good except the lift. There not so many lift for so many customers to use. Waiting time can be long. Pool is nice but small.

MM11252****Excellent and beautiful! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. It's really great, with a Lotte Mart supermarket right downstairs, making shopping very convenient. You can even cook for yourself, which saves a lot of money.

CCindy DinhThe room booked mentioned lvl 5 above. However, I was on lvl 3 and the room did not look like on the photos. As I reached the room, the entire apartment floor was wet as they did not dry the area to avoid slipping and falling..
Also, had to ask her about the facilities to rooftop pool, the pincode to door and wifi ... She was helpful but it wasnt a seamless checkin.
Towels were still hung dry on the clothing rack along with the dooner. (I speak the language and so she asked me to keep the doors open, dont turn the aircon to save her bills.) It was hot and therefore I turned it on my my own comfort! No water bottle, no coffee or tea provided. There were 2 toilet rolls for 5 days.. Imagine 4 people staying definitely not enough.
To my horror, I found ants in the apartment when I did not have food. There was a trail of them from the kitchen to the outside door as it seems a nest. I contacted the owner via whatsapp and she came down after 1hr to give me the insect spray. She sprayed the areas ans asked me to sweep the floor but I refused, so she did it but did not wipe the dining table down and told me she's leaving..
Fortunately, ants went away and the bed was clean, and comfortable and the area was peacefull for a goodnight sleep.
Checked the washing machine, it was disgusting. I did not want to wash my clothes in there at all. Felt a little disappointed as I did not get the room I purchased and owner lacked effort to help.

GGuest UserI have tried different type of accommodation on this trip, I found the apartment quite adequate for my needs. It was clean and had the added benefit of a washing machine and a clothes hoist for drying clothes. A/c and a fan, tv, wifi, towels, disposable toothbrushes, body wash, shampoo, pool area was awesome, there is a gym and play areas for kids on the top floor and the 2nd level, take the lift at the entrance near the shop, Cafe downstairs has coffee and enjoyable food. You can hire moped at the reception which is on the lower floor of building A, Service was excellent, any time I had a question I received a prompt rely. I will stay the next time I am in Vung Tua.

GGuest UserMixed review. The reception was confusing; I was at the entrance of building A, but there was no one at reception. Then I went to building B where check-in wasn't until 2 PM. I had to wait in one of the available chairs, as some were occupied by cleaning staff who kept putting their feet on the coffee table and were very noisy. I was then offered the option of leaving my luggage at C. When I retrieved it, I was told I could check in there at 1 PM. The apartment itself wasn't bad; at first glance, it seemed clean, but as soon as I moved the sofa, it was filthy. The refrigerator wasn't defrosted. A coffee table and chair were missing on the balcony.
Well located near the beach and a shopping center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The best part was the beautiful, very large rooftop pool.
KKatzyOne of the bedrooms in a two-bedroom apartment with double beds is fairly small. The sound distance is poor at night since we could hear the TV's light sound, which is inconvenient, and the water drainage is also pretty slow. Even yet, at this cost, a 1-night stay for a group of 3–4 people is still reasonable and commendable as it's well equipped with culinary equipment, a fridge, washing machine and balcony for drying the clothes.
If you were driving yourself, it was advised to park for one night in the basement for VND 80k from 13 p.m. to 13 p.m. the following day.
The staff was very kind.
