We arrived to spend a weekend in family. My husband had things to do and the idea was always to be in the hostel with the children. I talk at early reception and they tell me that at 11 no longer at 9 would be available, after breakfast as I didn't see any movement, I decided to ask again and now they told me that there at 12:00. Then I told you to confirm me when the hostel would be available, as I wouldn't have children all morning waiting to get into the water (since they stood up, they put the bath suit), and finally to 3:00. In the face of total ineptitude by all the staff who never resolved anything and the lack of honesty, we made our bags and we went wasting half tomorrow. The rooms are very small, they don't have a cuna, the wallpapers were dirty, we wouldn't definitely come back.
