Wat vooral opviel was dat ieder personeelslid bijzonder aardig en vrolijk was. En vooral de kamer was heel mooi .
Wij vonden alleen de prijs wel aan de hoge kant.

Wij waren zeer onder de indruk, wat een prachtig en schoon hotel. Helaas maar 1 nacht geweest, maar super genoten. Heel vriendelijk personeel.Heerlijk eten en geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt. De kamer was heel luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien, en schoon. Wij zullen hier zeker nog een keer terug komen.

Ons 2 jarig samenzijn vieren hier. Waar we onze eerste date hadden. Jullie zijn gastvrij vanaf de binnenkomst. Attentie op de kamer. Ballonnen op de restauranttafel. Echt leuk ! Diner weer lekker, bediening aardig. Ontbijt altijd super en de kamer ook weer fijn- schoon en v alles voorzien. Dank je wel team v. der Valk Apeldoorn.

Helaas maar vier van de vijf bolletjes. Waarom de tafel waar we zaten was niet gezellig en voelde niet gastvrij. Het is een zaal naast het restaurant wat ook afgesloten kan worden voor bijeenkomsten. Service was prima! Gastvrij! Eten super lekker en echt met aandacht bereid. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wij deden er een lunch buffet en werden daar uitermate goed geholpen met mijn glutenvrije dieet . Nadat ik had aan gegeven dat ik glutenvrij dieet had , hielpen twee medewerkers waarvan ik er één met naam weet Lisa IJ . Ze bakte speciale frietjes gv , slagroom zonder gluten enz .. Al met al goede ervaring die we zeker herhaal . Nog een tip .. zet er bordjes bij met de allergenen .. voelt nog beter om dan te pakken ..

Afgelopen dinsdag het lunchbuffet genomen. De keuze vonden wij beperkt. Warme gerechten te veel vooruit gemaakt. Daardoor nasi overgaar zoals ook de pasta te gaar en te droog en niet echt warm. Balletjes ook niet echt warm. Wij hadden het gevoel dat de desserts uit de vriezer kwamen. Goede slagroom de chocolade mousse vonden wij vettig. Voor ons geen 45 euro waard.
