Bugs were crawling on the counter tops near Kitchen sink.... TV had no channels working.
Staff had a one word answer to get back to us after talking to manager which never happened

Waited 15 minutes for someone to open up the front desk for a 1am check in arrival. Then was informed that they had no reservation for the night in my name. Then was also informed they had no available rooms for the night. Very very disappointing after driving two hours from Charlotte. Very very inconvenient for much needed rest for the next days travels. Very very unprofessional and unexpected for a guaranteed online booking from such a national online booking chain. I expect a full, unquestioned refund for such a sad and poor experience encountered as a first for this very experienced traveler. Very disappointing!!!

I did not like anything about my stay. The place was infested with roch nothing work. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I booked 3 nights but only stay for one because it was too scary and dark outside to go look for somewhere else for I arrived a little late. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I did not get any sleep. I was promised a refund for the other 2 nights but since I booked through ******* they told me i was not going to get one. ******* is horrible as well, I feel they get people the worst deals and when things fall apart they do not refund. I will not book anything though then anymore and will make sure I tell my friends not too either

Room smells of smoke. Bedding is itchy mattress is hard and uncomfortable. Bugs spotted in bathroom.
