We really enjoyed the beautiful and well cared for garden. It was lovely to look over the garden from our room. The location was great as it was convenient to town but not right in the middle of things so was very quiet. The room itself was quite dated and the bathroom in particular was reminiscent of a bathroom from the 80s but it was clean. Main reason for 3 stars was we thought it was extremely overpriced. We stayed early in the new year which is peak season and needed a roll away bed and subsequently paid $340, and the room definitely did not live up to the expectation of a $340 dollar room.
