I was absolutely amazed as soon as I stepped into the room! The space is incredibly spacious, with no feeling of being cramped at all. The huge rattan bed was just the right firmness, and the bedding was clean and fluffy, ensuring a good night's sleep until dawn. The room layout is particularly well-designed, with clear divisions for the lounge area, sleeping area, and bathroom, plus a private little balcony. The decor style of the room is both cozy and upscale, with an embedded electric fireplace, a large-screen TV, and central air conditioning, making it comfortable whether you're warming up in autumn/winter or cooling down in summer. The bathroom was an even bigger surprise – a double vanity, a separate shower, and excellent wet/dry separation. The toiletries were comprehensive, and it was impeccably clean and tidy. The only downside was having to self check-in and find the key myself.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, with dedicated parking and complimentary coffee or tea. The room is very comfortable and spacious, with great amenities and a very comfortable bed.

Traveling during Christmas, everything was fully booked. I didn't have high expectations for this place, thinking it would just be an overpriced motel for the holidays, but it far exceeded them! So, I specially came to leave a comment praising this establishment. I booked a bridge view room, and it seems there's a big difference between room types, so I'm not sure if this review applies to other layouts. The room was very spacious and bright, with magnificent mountain views. The decor was elegant and meticulously arranged, extremely well-maintained, and clearly decorated with great care, absolutely five-star hotel level. All basic amenities were available, and despite being in a small town, it featured a full-sized bathtub with smooth water filling and draining. The owner even left two Melbourne-specialty chocolates for guests, which was a very thoughtful touch. After staying in a five-star hotel in Melbourne city, I was quite disappointed with Australian hotel standards, but this bridge view room far surpassed my expectations. I'd even say it's on par with the Park Hyatt! (Okay, that might be an exaggeration.) Anyway, I had a very comfortable night here. I recommend everyone choose this place when staying in Apollo Bay, and I'll definitely stay here again if I return!

The in-room amenities are comprehensive, including a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel's surroundings are both safe and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic; they handled everything from check-in to answering questions with a smile, making guests feel very welcome. It's just a bit pricey.

Spacious room, there's a mart opposite and 5 minute walking distance to some of the restaurants.

We booked a two-bedroom unit, but the owner gave us a three-bedroom one instead. What a pleasant surprise! Everything is self-service, which gives it a guesthouse feel.
