We spontaneously decided to spend a wellness weekend here. The hotel itself has been beautifully renovated in a modern style. Personally, we think the pool area is too small, the rooms are a good size and very clean, the bathrooms are great, but the pillows are far too thin and don't support you at all.

sehr nette Atmosphäre, freundliche Mitarbeiter , leckeres Frühstück und auch das Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension war sehr lecker. Extrawünsche wurden problemlos berücksichtigt. Sehr schöner Saunabereich, ein bisschen verwinkelt aber gerade daduch gemütlich.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Zimmer, SPA-Bereich, Frühstück....alles perfekt für unser Wellness-Wochenende. Besonderen Dank an das nette Servicepersonal,hier fühlt man sich gut aufgenommen! Wir kommen wieder !

Der modern-dynamische Stil der Website, sowie die außergewöhnlichen Details des maki:dan haben uns zur Buchung des Hotel Ritter bewogen. Letztlich wurden wir in exakt diesen Punkten besonders negativ überrascht!!! - das Hotel selbst ist größtenteils noch sehr altmodisch, es gibt lediglich einen modernen Anbau. In diesem befinden sich manche der Zimmer sowie ein Teil des SPA-Bereichs, der großartig war. Unser Zimmer hingegen war optisch altmodisch und die Betten durchgelegen! Weit weg von 4 Sternen! - auch das Restaurant ("die Stube") war ausgesprochen altmodisch und die Akustik darin eine Katastrophe...eine Unterhaltung während des Abendessens schwierig. Auch das Menü erfüllte unsere Erwartungen nicht! Es bestand lediglich aus einer Kombination ihrer a´la carte Gerichte. Diese waren zwar lecker (aber nicht herausragend) und das Menü an sich somit meist wenig stimmig. Für einige Komponenten des (bereits gebuchten) Menüs wurden sogar noch Aufpreise verlangt...Die Gerichte aus dem maki:dan Menü waren zwar etwas komplexer, allerdings sehr fleischlastig! - Somit lässt sich zusammenfassen, dass sich der scheinbar innovative und alternative Ansatz im Marketing erschöpft und vor Ort wenig gelebt wird. Zielgruppe des Hotels sind eindeutig Senioren.

nach einer anstrengenden Fahrradtour verbrachten meine Frau und ich 2 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Wir wurden hervorragend aufgenommen und betreut.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Nettes junges Team, hilfsbereit, freundlich. Zimmer sind großzügig, bequem. Sehr gutes hochwertiges Früstück mit viel Auswahl. Abendessen im Rahmen von Halbpension oder a la Carte ist auf dem höchsten Niveau. Sehr lecker. Leider ist das Menü für HP nach 3 Tagen wieder dasselbe, für länger bleibende Gäste wird eine Ausweichsvariante angeboten, die nicht so Klasse ist, wie die ersten 3, aber immer noch ganz gut (man hätte mit ihr anfangen sollen, dann wären die nachfolgenden als eine Steigerung empfunden). Die SPAs sind über mehrere Bereiche verteilt, mit viel Treppen. Tee, Obst vorhanden. Ruheräume sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber OK. Eine finnische Sauna ist winzig - für max 3 Leuten, die andere ist ausreichend groß. Gute Dachterasse. Die Tiefgarage kostet 15€/Tag, es gibt kostenlose hoteleigene Parkplätze rund um das Hotel, sie können aber knapp werden. Das Hotel steht an der Hauptstrasse, so dass der Verkehr (zwar mäßig, aber immerhin vorhanden) für die Zimmer mit den Fenstern auf die Strasse etwas störend sein kann. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt im Hotel.
