Beautiful location within the famous pine forest. Large room, comfortable large bed, flat screen TV and free water. But…. In the bathroom a black hair was displayed next to the shower gel. Barely warm water for the shower. Some courtesies but not even a glass to rinse your teeth or to drink or take a medicine. Bedspread stained with green streaks. Basic buffet breakfast. Another negative note: as soon as we were served at the buffet we sat down at our table and the waiter, despite having seen and greeted us, did not come to take the order for hot drinks: we had to call him.
