Super schönes Hotel mit einem großen Sport- und Freizeitangebot. Schöne Zimmer, tolle Aussicht. Die Lage ist perfekt, um an viele verschiedene Orte zu kommen. Die Zimmer sind modern und großzügig. Leider ist das Personal an der Rezeption mehrfach als sehr unfreundlich und unfähig aufgefallen. Wir haben hier nachträglich noch eine Rechnung bekommen, aber erst nach einigen Mails eine Aufstellung wofür überhaupt. Dann hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Betrag viel geringer ist als man uns initial gebeten hat zu zahlen. Beim letzten Aufenthalt waren die Zimmer nicht verfügbar wie gebucht. Auch das wurde nicht gut gemacht. Es gab am Ende einen Ausgleich, war aber alles nicht gerade freundlich und unnötig ekalativ von der Rezeption. Das betrifft nur die Rezeption. Die Damen beim Frühstück sind super freundlich und machen einen hervorragenden Service.

Schönes Hotel in super Lage. Große und helle Zimmer und alle Annehmlichkeiten eines top Hotels. Die Küche ist hervorragend, auch wer Montags anreist kann sehr leckere Pizza essen. Danke für den tollen Service und den Fön. Der Golfplatz war ebenfalls in hervorragendem Zustand, dank an den Greenkeeper.

Für unsere Südtirol Urlaube ist es eine Art „Zu Hause“ geworden. Wir kommen immer wieder gern hier her, weil man immer freundlich aufgenommen wird und man auf viele kleine Details achtet, sodass man eine tolle Zeit hat. Besonders die exzellente Sauberkeit und die guten Düfte im ganzen Hotel müssen erwähnt werden. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern ausgestattet. Hier wird regelmäßig investiert, sodass es überhaupt nicht abgewohnt ausschaut. Auf den Betten können wir hervorragend schlafen. Die Klimaanlage läuft sehr leise und die Fenster lassen keine Außengeräusche herein, sodass es immer sehr ruhig ist. The Spa, The Gym, Der Golfplatz, sowie die Pizzeria + Steakhouse ziehen das hohe Niveau einfach durch! Wir können das Hotel guten Gewissens empfehlen! (Aber nur so lange, wie wir immer einen Platz bekommen 😅)

The Lodge liegt optimal zwischen Bozen und Meran. Auch Kaltern ist schnell erreichbar und ein Besuch wert. Das Hotel bietet schöne große Zimmer mit Balkon. Es gibt eine Sauna und ein Dampfbad sowie ein Indoor-Pool. Großzügige Duschen stehen zur Verfügung. Der Ruheraum ist etwas klein und bietet nur Platz für Max 9 Personen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Service Personal ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Schönes und modernes Hotel, sehr sauber und optimale Lage für Ausflüge, Shopping, Fahrradtouren. Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr komfortabel. Frühstück war gut, hat aber noch Luft nach oben, es gab leider kein Rührei, Omlett oder Spiegelei. In der Bar gab es Happy Hour und es war richtig was los, auch Südtiroler. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Modernes, großzügiges Hotel in mitten der Apfelplantagen mit herrlichen Panorama. Tolle Zimmer. Ein Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Stimmungsvoller Spa-Bereich. Personal sehr freundlich und erfrischend. Hervorragende Küche.

Hotel novo, bonito! Ótimo café da manhã. Ele fica no meio de plantações de maçã. Lindo local, porém afastado da cidade. Ótimo para relaxar.
Quem é apaixonado por golf deve ficar lá! Tem campo de golf e acredito que se possa jogar mediante pagamento.

Maximal Durchschnittlich - überdurchschnittlich war nur die Unfreundlichkeit der Rezeptionistin/nen. Völlig desinteressiert an Hotelgästen. TIP! - nicht am Montag anreisen- da ist sowohl das Restaurant als auch die Bar geschlossen (keine Info dazu auf der Website ). Was man auch nicht auf der Website sieht ist, dass der Wellnessbereich öffentlich ist (no go). Fitnesscenter daher sehr gut frequentiert .. was man schon in der Lobby riechen konnte. Die Rezeption dreht bei Verlassen des Hotels den Server ab (auch TV) - ups Jugendherbergeflair kein Fernsehen nach 22.00 Uhr. Reklamation stößt auch nicht auf Interesse. Frühstück war ausreichend. Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Apar**ent war zwar kein De Luxe aber OK. Minibar wird nicht nachgefüllt.

Per viaggio di lavoro ho scelto questo hotel perché era sito fuori città e quanto presentato in internet prometteva bene in qualità e servizi. Le aspettative sono state soddisfatte in pieno: camera ampia, ben arredata pulizia ottima e buona a**osfera. Piacevole aver potuto anche godere della piccola ma ben attrezzata SPA. Personale attento e disponibile. Bello anche il panorama che si godeva dalla vetrata e balconata , peccato solo che la giornata nuvolosa non lo abbia favorito molto.
