We checked in late & the front desk clerk was very friendly. The lobby & room were clean & smelled fresh. Appomattox National Park was just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

A very nice stay at Appomattox Inn & Suites. Every one of the staff we met were exceptionally kind. Room was clean, well arranged/equipped, and spacious. It was really nice that they did NOT have the communal pump soap/shampoo in the shower, but rather the basic individual toiletries. The ONLY thing that we didn't care for was the eggs at breakfast. Even the rest of breakfast was as to be expected and nice.

This place is a fabulous gem in a small town. I am very impressed. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome with great service and staff who clearly loved what they do. Jonathan, the AGM, greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome and informed us about what we could see in the area. We had a drink at bar to settle in while we waited for our room and staff was so friendly. The room was excellent and very clean with all our needs met. Tracy, was on the desk in the afternoon and was also wonderul and friendly and so enjoyable to talk to while seated at bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Appoattox and this hotel is wonderful.
