Seascape Beach Resort

Amazing. Highly recommend for families. Beach is only a 10 minute walk and shopping and restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk too. Really clean and customer service was amazing.

We love Seascape. We have stayed there several times. It is wonderful to have a room where we can and eat with a lovely kitchenette. The view heals us every time.

I wanted to like this hotel so badly. But it was terrible. I read reviews on here saying it was run down, and ignored them being hopeful. But it’s totally run down - straight out of the 70s, and no where near worth the price point they charge. The gates to the pool are completely rusted over, chipped tiles at the pool (which was freezing - not heated as advertised) and the buildings cracked and covered with moss and other fungus. You can’t even power wash your walk ways? Or paint your rusty gates? Don’t waste your money. There are SO many resorts for similar price points where you will get so much more.

Loved the stay and property. Only issue was getting into room took an hour due to door lock issues. Ended up changing rooms.

Walls are thin. Could hear everything going on next door. Expensive resort fees make your stay more expensive.

Needed refuge from 40 Mph winds.. Great bar, very nice bartender .. Beautiful room, very spacious..

Seascape is my new favorite! I recently moved back to California and was looking for a quiet weekend getaway with some friends. While we were there It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! Their staff is great and the shopping center across the street is super convenient. Remember to bring a sweater because it can get chilly in the evenings.

I haven’t been to Seascape in 15 years. We previously enjoyed visiting here but the resort needed updating. I saw that the resort had undergone the much needed renovations and decided to book a visit. First of all, our room looked absolutely nothing like the ones their website. No updates at all, stained carpet that was peeling back (I stepped on a carpet staple 3x), sliding doors that stuck and the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Secondly, I hoped to drink my morning coffee on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view but construction started at 9am and went on for hours (our last it started at 8:30!). We complained to the front office and we’re told they would look into it and move us to a quieter room. They never got back to us! On top of all that we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working. On our 3rd day it was storming so I was soaked by the time I walked the 3 stories to my room (only the 1st set of stairs were covered). Upon checkout we relayed all of our complaints, the women we spoke to was very nice and apologized but that was it. No discount or compensation for our terrible stay. Unfortunately, I will never be returning to Seascape. This really was unacceptable, especially for the price.

I went there for my birthday this year. You guys went above and beyond! Especially the front desk worker on Jan 1st evening. I had an issue with ******* and the manager helped me over the phone before booking. I will stay there again for sure even thinking about holding my wedding there in the next year. Thank you guys for a great birthday. Other than the Dead Sea lion on shore I enjoyed every second.
