The location was unbeatable. Situated in middle of aqaba, it offered easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. No need for expensive taxis or long walks - most sights were within a comfortable strolling distance. My room, though not overly spacious, was perfectly functional and exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel door, someone took the baggage and handed it to the lemon tea. There was a light off in the bedroom. The maintenance staff came quickly. After repairing, there was soil on the floor and they asked if they needed cleaning and cleaning. They took the initiative to hide behind the door. These details make people feel intimate. The buffet breakfast restaurant is large and hearty

Beautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there.
The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside.
The private beach is small, too bad we can't access the other hotels (walls delimit the hotels)
Small swimming area due to all boats passing nearby.
For a 5* the curtains with holes are average.
Otherwise everything else is great.
The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The restaurants, on the other hand, are expensive and not great compared to the quality in the city center. They should have created a self-catering restaurant like in the morning.

It's great, the swimming pool is not as big as expected, but the private beach is really great
Check-in is a bit slow because it is a one-to-one service
There is nothing to say about the room and other facilities, and the breakfast is also great
Booked the Red Sea sea view room, the view is invincible

We checked-in on 11th, October 2024. There is no organization at all between clound 7, b12 and grand hayatt. We were not able to enter to any beach or pool until 4:30 Pm (before 1:30 hours of closing time) because there is no communication between the above mentioned parties as we were not allowed to enter although we have entrance vouchers ( some of the reasons is that we are only guys and only couples are allowed). Moreover, when we entered all the beach and pools were guys !! So the rules were not fair between residents. At night we decided to go to bar in the bar street. They informed us that we are not allowed to enter since we do not have couples or reservations. We contacted them for reservations they claimed that they are full, however, they were still entering couple people. Futhermore we saw guys speaking to the bouncer and he allowed them to enter. We complained to the receptionist, and the only solution they provided to us that they offered a late check out at 2 pm next day. Awful resident, awful staff and awful service. This is my second experience in this hotel and absolutely the last one. We paid an amount of USD 450 for one night, without using facilites. This amount was paid for sleeping only !!! I do not recommend this hotel at all. My experience in Movenpick hotel and Intercontinental hotel and Manara was much better. At least I was able to relax there compared to the stress I faced in Cloud 7

The pool area is very nice. There are 2 adult pools, the family pools and the slide are located so as not to interfere with the adult pools. The beach is beautiful, you can snorkel. Very attentive service. The location of the hotel is great because it is right on the Red Sea. You can also have dinner outside of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. A very relaxed stay.

Great value for money hotel with excellent service. There are many beautiful corals in the beautiful sea🪸big fish🐠 and small fish🐟. There is no noise from children, suitable for young couples, and the style is also suitable for elderly couples who enjoy leisure time. It is a paradise for diving enthusiasts. The diving equipment is very cool, and the oxygen cylinder is cool and bright silver. There are fresh fruits and juices for breakfast, which can meet the various needs of breakfast nutrition. The hotel's swimming pool can be used for diving training, and the deepest point is 3.5 meters deep. It also has a bubble pool with hydromassage, a gym and a spa. The entire hotel is not large in scale, but it has all the facilities. At the same time, it has super five-star service and fast WIFI, which is highly recommended.

Excellent
The hotel was amazing it is close to everything and the staff is super friendly, rooms are clean and tidy! What i like the most is the transportation service from the hotel to anywhere inside aqaba and all the way back to hotel that was a very good experience and i will definitely go again ❤️ thank you Amer for taking care of our group and big thank for the GM George dababneh for his support 🙏
GGuest UserEverything was nicely organised The staff was attentive to help you. The check-in process went very smoothly the breakfast the variety of Arabian food at the breakfast was super good 👌 I want to thank the team for their efforts and special thanks to Huthefah for his hard work in helping us with our activities and vacation 😀
This hotel is a very good hotel in Aqaba. The view from the roof top with pool is amazing, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. We stayed here 1 night but would love to stay more. We will definitely come back. Big thanks to the best staff who were helpful during our stay.
GGuest UserGood last minute hotel. We were rained out in Wadi Rum, and had to find a last minute hotel for the tour group. This was a decent hotel. The beds were soft! And when we asked for more pillows, they happily brought them to us. We asked for another comforter and they brought that as well. We had an issue with the lamp and a lightbulb burned out, and the front desk immediately took care of the issues. They had a breakfast buffet which was so-so. They had hard boiled eggs...no other option for eggs. And the rest of the buffet was really not to my liking, so I would rate it a one star. Not great, at all. The lobby was nice, except EVERYONE smoked. I am a non-smoker and could not sit in the lobby due to the smoke. The front desk was awesome. Very accommodating with any requests. We wanted to walk about and see the local shops and they drew us a map. Wonderful. Would I stay here again? Yes.
GGuest UserStayed here on two occasions in a standard room. Overall, the service at front desk was good, in the restaurant it was non-existent and the price was low. I did not like the room – it was very small, worn-out and in dire need of refurbishment, and the bed was ridiculously low. It was a non-smoking room – with an ashtray in it. The bathroom was seriously tiny and not for the infirm. It was obvious that some of the toiletries in the bathroom had been partly used by the previous occupant – not acceptable, even for a budget hotel. The breakfast was not very good. I learnt that they made omelettes for you – after I had eaten my breakfast. There was no sign or menu to tell me this and the attendants did not bother to tell me. In fact, they did not even bother to say “Good morning”. Even the things that should be hot, like the tea and “hot” milk were not hot. There were some positives. The service at the front desk was good as was the location. For the price paid, I would say the hotel is acceptable but they could easily improve. Would I go back? Possibly, if I was alone and for one night but not if I was with family.
GGuest UserThe Bedouin Garden Village is about 15 minutes drive from Aqaba, close to the Berenice Beach Club. The sea and beach are only 150 meters away. In the nearest area you will find a few more Guesthouses with restaurants and a restaurant/a bathroom on the beach. The beach itself has free sunscreens.
The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere in the Garden Village is very quiet and relaxed. The atmosphere offers many shaded places that invite to stay and relax in the shadow, but partly you could wash or clean the bedouin seats. It was not dirty, but also not 100% clean.
The Bedouin Garden Village is a diving school with friendly, fun, but also competent staff and good equipment. The diving courses were very relaxed and yet interesting, even for experienced dives.
The breakfast was unfortunately relatively simple: there were fladbread, fresh cheeses (however they were long in the heat), marmelade and a table with hummus, eggs, beans, some fruit and some vegetables. It was still sad. The lunch and evening card is not too extensive: there is a lot of frozen (fish, hamburger, calamari), a few salads and a few chicken courts. We can't get sad, it doesn't taste badly, but not particularly ”wow” - given the distant location, the choice of restaurants on the ground is limited.
The rooms were simple but still functionally furnished with air conditioning and refrigerator.
All in all a great accommodation to turn off for a few days in a quiet environment.
GGuest UserI’m just basing my review on the Seaview restaurant which was very nice. We sat outside and ordered burgers which were very tasty and a great price! The staff were friendly too. Indoor seating was also available but it was nice to be able to sit outdoors in the sun.
