Mövenpick Tala Bay

The hotel aminities are good, it's clean and busy. Not that much options in breakfast buffet. Philippino employees do not even smile while Jordanians are friendly 🙂

We went as a very big group and reserved 16 rooms , the hotel is very nice with lovely pools and sea side but they were very unprepared when we arrived , it took us like 2 hours to check in although we arrived around 3:00 pm . the reception staff were helpful except Majdi , I don't know why on purpose he tried to act negative , he gave one of my friend the room for 300 jd and for another one the same room for the same period for 400 jd , the explanation was that he did a free upgrade as that minute he hd no available room but after one minute he had many available so the price rises. the breakfast buffet was normal not luxurious at all. the shuttle bus was good but a it small , I wish they can offer at least 2 rides every trip. The rooms are clean but the bathroom needs more lighting and maintainance. AC was perfect .

I would like to thanks all the team working in this hotel chef Alkam was very kind with us he had prepared for us out favourite dinner big thanks for him Dinner also tasty Our rooms was clean and always organised thanks too But we would like to share with you our experience with the animation team We had personal issue with on guy he is names SHADY he telling us he is the director of the entertainment company Firstly we told him that we don’t like his team they are ignoring us and not kindly and they don’t do nothing and very boring and didn’t inform us about the activities and what show they have and we said we had been in Turkey and we had seen better team than what he has He answered us with very angry face and aggressive way and said if you don’t like them go back to your country and don’t come back again and he left us We didn’t get his answer we where in shock From his attitude how come someone like him working in such nice hotel like that And we heard him he was screaming on the other side he even was disturbing other guests was by the corner it’s shame to have him in that resort It was very bad from him we didn’t expect that can happen to us

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them, The food is a different story, delicious as always many food varieties, we can't wait for the breakfast and dinner experience on each day of our trip , special thanks to Ms. Joceelen from the pool bar , Mr. Amer , Mr. Rani and Chief Mohammed for their daily check ,care, and warm welcoming. Also, many thanks to all the staff in all restaurants and bars, FO , and housekeeping. We felt like we were in our second home. See you soon Tariq Swaidan Room 3001

The pillows are really nice and big so are the rooms very comfortable and nice The service is perfect and easy to ask for anything Everything is clean and well taken care of The staff were very respectful and welcoming The rooms were clean and very tidy
