We checked in and immediately checked out. This hotel is like a hotel from a crime scene you’d see on tv. It was dirty, unsafe and a bar a few feet away. The noise was unbearable. Dirty sticky floors, bathroom was worse than a gas station bathroom and sheets were dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND STAY CLEAR!!

Staff was very nice and helpful. A few stains on the linen but nothing to really complain about, it’s more of an issue with corporate policies on what’s acceptable and I know they were clean just stained.

The staff was friendly. The Inn was tired and needs maintenance and new flooring, The breakfast was enjoyable thanks to the lady who oversaw the area. The Inn is overpriced and offered little value for the premium it charges compared to other Best Westerns in the area,

What I did was that the hotel needs to be updated. It’s right next to 95 south bound. Other properties have been updated and new buildings have also been added. Please it’s a great area but update the hotel. The management and staff was excellent. Give them something to appreciate.

The pet-friendly room we were placed was dirty- dirt on the floor, dust on headboard, tables, etc. and smelly. The yard across the room was full of feces that were not picked up. The poo-bags container was empty. The floor lamp needed a change of bulb when we got there. We received a text that our room was ready and it was not.

My stay at the Best Western was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at the Best Western and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

The bad reviews are absolutely correct. And fit our visit to a “T”. Loud music from the lounge next door. The smell of ********* from the parking lot (for those who do not like that smell). The rooms are outdated and not well cared for. Obvious stains on the sheets. And they neglected to thoroughly clean the shower. There was a dog continuously barking from another room. Banging on doors all hours of the night. The heating unit was fine for a couple of hours. But then made a loud noise. Check in staff was great and friendly- but check out was not. If you stay- immediately report issues so you aren’t confronted as to why you didn’t at the very moment they occurred. In all honesty if you don’t want to have to move in the middle of the night and want a quiet decent night sleep- stay somewhere else.

This motel is old, run down and in need of a renovation. Rooms are dirty, furniture is stained, & old. The bathroom/shower was full of mold covered grout. The showerhead was broken and very little water pressure. Plenty of other better choices within 5 minutes.
