Local ja foi bom. Camas ruins, som alto dos vizinhos( não tem lei do silencio a partir da 22:00), chuveiro sem agua quente, café da manha pessimo ( serve mamão podre e pão velho no café), jantar proposto frango grelhado com legumes, oferecem frango no óleo com legumes murchos.

Em geral foi ok. Excelente localização, praia muito boa. Café da manhã abaixo da média para hotéis brasileiros, não havia muita variedade, estava na baixa temporada então haviam poucos hospedes talvez por isso o café da manhã muito simples para um resort. Quarto simples, espaçoso, cama boa, limpeza não tão boa. Guarda sol na praia apenas para proprietários e academia também. Atendimentos dos funcionários excelente.

Estadia muito boa. Café da manhã com omelete e tapioca feitos na hora . Pessoal muito solicito e atencioso, jantar muito bom tbm. Área de lazer é espaçosa. A recepção fica fora do condomínio que por sua vez tem o hotel dentro do mesmo.

O resort é maravilhoso e o quarto qie ficamos é ok. O unico ponto negativo é pq ficamos no segundo andar de escada e estávamos com criança. E no momento de fechar essa informação nao estava visivel.

Agora entendo porque a nota geral é 7, a área externa é fantástica, tem muitas opções do que fazer e é bem seguro, mas o apartamento em si tinha mobilia antiga e o controle da TV não funcionava, apesar disso o atendimento para troca do controle foi bem rápido. O atendimento, limpeza e a área externa é muito boa, o apartamento é que deixa um pouco a desejar.

O check in foi super rápido e desburocratizado.
Os colaboradores são muito atenciosos.
O quarto é amplo e espaçoso (com fogão, microondas, frigobar - algumas louças), possui varanda ampla com armador e varal para secar a roupa.
Ar condicionado split novinho (com direito a um ventilador 40 cm)
Tudo limpinho.
A estrutura é maravilhosa com várias atividades (piscinas, aluguel de bicicletas, sala de jogos, academia, entre outros) e saída para a praia (pé na areia)
O complexo ainda conta com dois restaurantes e a barraca de praia!

Local sujo, os banheiros em péssimo estado de conservação. Os colchões péssimos velhos e com vários buracos. As acomodações são as piores possíveis, você dorme mal e no outro dia não consegue fazer nada. Não caia nesta enrolação, pois você vai se arrepender.
