Ideal area for discovering Bordeaux because the tram is just below the residence. It still has to be in operation, unfortunately this was not the case for us... restaurants and clubs in the surrounding area. Error on the reservation due to the intermediary reservation platform used by trip.com and unfortunately we were not able to have the apartment we wanted despite our reservation... the residence did not want to accommodate us or we had to add 90 €…not cool…. We didn't have breakfast because 15€ is rather expensive... Very practical parking but the residence is overbooked and there are not enough places left if you return late in the evening. Be careful to ask for the address of the parking lot because everything is one way and you cannot see it when passing in front of the residence.

Close to the train station, there is Carrefour next to it. I am very happy to be upgraded to a suite. The room is large, especially you can cook by yourself, and it is also equipped with a drying rack, which is very good. The only downside is that the bathroom has a smell, because the toilet has urine dirt, it has not been cleared, and the hygiene needs to be strengthened.
