Too bad things to go to the hotel to relax then there are maintenance works - the room service man opens the door when I was sleeping - all calls transfer directly to the restaurant - There is no sound insulation between rooms -

The hotlel is very noisy, but catherine housekeeping was very friendly and helpful, she is really amazing

Super amazing , Made is the best therapist from Indonesia , i recommend everyone to have an experience with her

Amazing experience! The spa is fantastic, and I absolutely loved my massage. Ariela is incredibly skilled I loved the hot atone massage,, and I highly recommend it.

The room service team made our stay truly special. Faziirah, Catherine, and Shradha were absolutely wonderful — always friendly, attentive, and going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless every single day and they greeted us with such kindness. They deserve all the recognition for the excellent service they provided!

The ambience of the pool was amazing and soo relaxing Care also in kids club was so kind and friendly to all the kids and even the parents she met♥️ I enjoyed the experience and I will definitely be back
