The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

I chose Via Mar hotel for my trip to Aracaju for good assessment, location and the existence of a restaurant on the site. I knew the hotel would be a 3-star beach, and I was planning to take several walks, so I would only use the hotel for rest, but we had some problems, in fact the location is excellent and it gives to do everything on foot. The restaurant is not used, because it has many options on the edge, so if the reason for the choice is the existence of the restaurant, there is no need. The pool is not big, but it is very pleasant. And the heart of the hotel is very legal. The hotel has a lot of maintenance, starting with air conditioning, which is apparently swept, and it is frozen, but it takes a lot of time. We also had a problem of accessibility in the bathroom that they gave us and, because of that, the reception gave us 2 options: to take a bath in the bathroom (which I found the end), or to move to a room on the side of the pool. We changed, logically, the room was more or less, and it was not enough to sleep, but it was very short of maintenance. For example, the bathroom door was not closed, we stayed one week using the open-door bathroom because the maintenance was not there to fit up. I thought there were some tbm foot furniture missing to accommodate our things, but until we turned well. If you are a person without much freshness, it may be a good option for the benefit, but if you want some comfort and more relaxing options, I recommend you to look for another place to host. Despite the staff's sympathy reports, I found no little sympathetic (except one of the girls in the restaurant), I asked for a gentleman to leave the room at 12:15, which was strongly denied. There was also a bitterness at the time of the change of room and at the check-in.

It was my third hosting in the Water Park and I believe the last! Rooms, swimming pool, accommodations as everything is suitable for the price charged. The beast picks up when it comes to breakfast. I asked if I had eggs, and the attendant said I was missing!!! . The rest is very weak, but if you like the mass, it is in the right place, it has a strong bread. More the BO is in relation to the ponds, pombs ...sim, there is a plague of these birds to reach the point they land on the tables. Don't be afraid if at any time cocoa of bird or chicken falls on your plate, because the site is open and they stay on the roof wood all the time. You can even find it beautiful, remember, they are rats with wings and transmit diseases.

Simply wonderful, super professional, educated and dedicated staff, excellent food, wonderful accommodation, congratulations super professional personal management, I have not as hotel and but as an annex to my residence, I have travelled a lot through Brazil and I speak safely the best hotel I have hosted. Congratulations to everyone, overcome all my expectations. I recommend to all this wonderful experience, BOOK THE VIDAN EQUIP.

The breakfast buffet is very well served with a fat of items. Super recommend this place because they also offer Dayuse. The restaurant also serves a fair price and a good gastronomy. The shower is very good, offers a good water heating system with a great volume of water. The air conditioning very well freeze the room and is super comfortable. There is only a remote control missing in it! The degree of sympathy of all staff impressed me, but Mr Gilberto was highlighted by his attention and carefulness in the care. The room we picked up deserves a little care in the maintenance. The box box was a certain difficulty to flow water, due to the excellent volume of shower water. The doors need a paint. The hotel is inadmissible shirt near the fridgebar, and when I entered the room I was keeping my bag and found that shirt in the dressguard, and the fridge was just out of the cheap shirt, it was strange. The fact that this large hotel network is not a reality, I could not imagine that it would happen, because cleaning is essential and one of the most important factors for the guest.

We are a habit of this hotel , or we were a habit of it . 1st day a broken cabinet in the guard . 2th day No lights of the room - two days to concert [] 3rd day incoming breakfast fruits - hard and tasteless mama , very bad abacaxi 4th day the same thing 5th day without news 6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour 18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite . I exchanged .
