O Hotel é excelente, muito limpo e com acomodações ótimas. Café da manhã muito bem servido. Comida do restaurante deliciosa. Os funcionários são espetaculares! Um agradecimento especial à Da. Cida, do restaurante. Que pessoa incrível! Apenas o período da tarde / noite, acho que deveria haver mais pessoas trabalhando no restaurante, pois acaba gerando alguma demora no atendimento do bar da piscina e no jantar.

Simply wonderful, super professional, educated and dedicated staff, excellent food, wonderful accommodation, congratulations super professional personal management, I have not as hotel and but as an annex to my residence, I have travelled a lot through Brazil and I speak safely the best hotel I have hosted. I chose Via Mar hotel for my trip to Aracaju for good assessment, location and the existence of a restaurant on the site. I knew the hotel would be a 3-star beach, and I was planning to take several walks, so I would only use the hotel for rest, but we had some problems, in fact the location is excellent and it gives to do everything on foot. The restaurant is not used, because it has many options on the edge, so if the reason for the choice is the existence of the restaurant, there is no need. The pool is not big, but it is very pleasant. And the heart of the hotel is very legal. The hotel has a lot of maintenance, starting with air conditioning, which is apparently swept, and it is frozen, but it takes a lot of time. We also had a problem of accessibility in the bathroom that they gave us and, because of that, the reception gave us 2 options: to take a bath in the bathroom (which I found the end), or to move to a room on the side of the pool. We changed, logically, the room was more or less, and it was not enough to sleep, but it was very short of maintenance. For example, the bathroom door was not closed, we stayed one week using the open-door bathroom because the maintenance was not there to fit up. I thought there were some tbm foot furniture missing to accommodate our things, but until we turned well. If you are a person without much freshness, it may be a good option for the benefit, but if you want some comfort and more relaxing options, I recommend you to look for another place to host. Despite the staff's sympathy reports, I found no little sympathetic (except one of the girls in the restaurant), I asked for a gentleman to leave the room at 12:15, which was strongly denied. There was also a bitterness at the time of the change of room and at the check-in.

The service is very good, but the facilities left a lot to be improved, the rooms are equipped with broken doors, moldy walls and leaking paint, leaking ceilings, what is the photo from the room on the Internet, reasonable breakfast, basic basics, my performance Very different to have to pay extra to live in another room (not so bad) because what they put in me can hardly open the door.

Acolhimento e localização ímpares. A pousada dispõe de pessoal extremamente solícito e Educado! O café da manhã é Excelente, com diversas frutas, bolos feitos todos os dias, Ovos, cuscuz, carne do sol, entre outros. O ponto alto da pousada é a sua localização, ficando na rua de trás da passarela do Caranguejo, onde vc pode ir a pé. Possui ainda estacionamento gratuito, piscina, bons aposentos e bom chuveiro. Recomendo!

A very friendly, clean and cozy beach hotel at the Aruana beach. Very uncomplicated - just feels home👌 Like the room with an excellent bath room, the room service and the beverage service at the pool! We had a suite - it’s worthwhile to book it. Kids had a triple room - also good but for us rather a bit tight (especially the bathroom). Beach very nice! Excellent bars and kite surf station✌️👌👌 Try the solo restaurant - I loved it. The prime meat cut with biro-biro rice etc👍👍 Looking forward to coming back
