The pillows are like 2 bags full of sands, hard and tall, rooms are small and packed of lots of furniture, no heat in room in spite of the fact was 8 degree over night, the heater was not working and receptionist did not want to change our room, breakfast was not buffet and very expensive for what they have, parkig is tricky because they have only 10-15 spots and if are busy you have to find by your own a parking in the neighborhood, overall a very bad experience...

The room was clean, comfortable but too small. I do not recommend for families. I received a room with a view to the river and at night you can enjoy that illuminated bridge. The bathroom is big but the shower cabin is quite old. I had a little problem with the water draining. A good experience in the interest of work.

Great experience at this hotel..I must say the service was a 10+. Comfy bed and pillows, many options for breakfast. Close to the highway, parking place. The staff take really good care of you. It is very clean also. I recommend it.

Il albergo e vicino al centro è vicino al autostrada , sono troppi posti dove si po parcheggiare, è un bellissimo profumo dentro. Non è la prima volta quando mi son venuto a dormire qui , ogni volta che vengo scelgo questo hotel.

It was one of the best moments in my life ❤️ Soltan was the best waiter and the food was awesome too and also the room! The room is very clean and it was really a pleasure being here, definitely 5 stars.

My friend and I decided to have lunch inside the indoor terrace. We ordered drinks and food in the same time the waiting time was long for drinks but even longer fir the food . We even had to ask for it and when it came ( ciorba de burta ) was cold and grease. The waitress told us that she is the one who cooks the food....very poor service.

I chose this hotel because it s close to the highway, I heard it is the best in Arad. Our rooms were clean and loved the details. It has free parking place and also a great restaurant were you can eat. The reception is open all the time and they help you with everything you need.

We always stay at this hotel. It s the best option for business meetings. Free parking, the highway is very close, the staff polite and very helpful…they already know your preferences. The room was clean as always and food amazing.
